Good to meet u as well after all the false starts! So you did the TOT after party? I couldn't take it any more and declined to extend my evening.
On the way to my car I caught (literally!) a girl who was having problems negotiating the long drop from the sidewalk to the street via the curb.
Once she righted herself, she and her friends stumbled to their car, parked on Sunset right in front of mine and shock and surprise- the most wobbly of the bunch was the designated driver.
Hope she did better with the wheel than her (high) heel (s).

Coincidentally I dropped by Cindy Club a couple weeks ago for the first time in several months. You'll probably still recognize some of the girls there as well as the manager. Most of the girls are decent looking but not drop-dead gorgeous. Unfortunately the blonde Mongolian (S___) appears to have moved on. It's still somewhat pricy for what you get -- outrageously priced wine, hourly charges for girls in the booths plus lady drinks, food and tips, for not a whole lot in return. Korean hostess places might run you a lot more but at least you'll get some action. Unless you're with a partying group that likes to sing, I'd rather just hang at the bar with the ladies. Go there early or on weekdays, otherwise you won't find any ladies waiting for you behind the bar because they'll all be in the booths.

 FYI, two big parties this weekend in Thai Town, both at The Stone. On Saturday a number of restaurants (TOT, Bamboo House, Pattaya Bay, Hollywood Thai, Palm Tree and others) are sponsoring "Angel Dance Club" with "Swamp Live Band, D.J. Mark, Michael, Mat, Invite Singer Grests (sic) ". Very likely that the staff from these restaurants will be in popping in and out throughout the evening.
The second party is the monthly edition of Sunday School on the 25th. The party on the previous night might steal some of the thunder from the Sunday School party, but SS should still be a fun affair as two of the organizers will be celebrating birthdays that night. The Monday holiday after this party will also be a factor in what should be a typically heavy turnout for Sunday School.

The waitress in one of the photos has also worked at a few bars around Thai Town.
Saturday night's party at the Stone was pretty dead when I popped in last night around midnight. Spent most of the evening instead at KT and TOT. I've got higher hopes for tonight's Sunday School.
