You gotta be kidding !! In general, most Chinese woman in Singapore or anywhere in the world have small or medium-sized boobs (of course there are exceptions once in a while). I think the woman with big boobs you saw in Singapore are NOT Chinese but Thais, Malays, Indonesians, Indians, Eurasians, Filipinos, etc.
