Afew thoughts on this.....
When I first went to Thailand I was smitten by the Isaan look... the cheeckbones, how nice they were, etc...... and thats by and large what we are around......They make up the majority of the farang places....
BUT, if you want the white skin, model looking girl we all see on some websites, well, you have to go to them....
Lot's of guys here have their favorite local places.....The upper end massage places that cater to the locals always have a 'model' section.... struggling movie stars, models, etc....
But be warned, they do not offer the fun the Isaan girls do.
But I would also say that there are some Isaan stunners.
But you also get all their baggage, the family money problems, the lower IQ and all that.
Not to say that just because you have a white skinned Chinese heritage girl that is a stunner you won't get the same thing.... but......
Personall, I go to the higher end places with my Thai business friends...... and also like to go party in Ratchada...... soi 4.....

There is so much photoshopping of pictures, and reports of different girls showing up when using an agency, I would never trust not seeing the girls in person to pick from.
It would be a big step forward, and maybe a good business model to provide video clips of the girls (high quality clips can now be made at cheap cost instead of crappy webcam clips), or high quality webcam links to view them, and talk to them instead of a picture gallery.

Guess I should clarify my last remark. I'm actually enjoying following the links from puntersweb, thaixcort, etc. etc. ; rolling screen after screen of eyecandy is not hard work. One surprise to me, in this day of photoshopping as an art form, you'd think it would be rarer to see relatively unattractive girls competing for your time and treasure. But, there they are, in all their humble glory.
Now that said, Tuk and her kind are there too, with beautifully presented dream shots, selling the exotic courtesan rather than the Nana streetmeat. However, 20,000-30,000 bht. is not (at least for me) an every night thrill. I'm sure Charley Sheen and Secret Service agents would not be so affected, but I'm looking for affordable luxury.
I've been trying to glean thru these fields of girls. It's obvious that their business model is they want to be paid a premium AND not have to go through the go go motions of a house employee.
What they seem to be offering is improved packaging, and hopefully a better instruction manual (i.e. common language, English for me). What I mean by that is whenever I've pulled a girl from an oily, no matter how good she looks to me naked in that room, she doesn't show as well in clothes in a nice venue. She's not that comfortable in my world, leaving me to work harder than I want to make it an enjoyable time. I want a woman who has broader experience, finer tastes, and higher expectations of life, but who will still meet all my needs when I want, as often as I want.
SO, I'm searching and I've so far found a few independent escorts that are interesting to me. To me, any indy shows some self confidence, I can presume they are better able to communicate at an average to above average level, and they are motivated enough to self represent therefore it's reasonable to expect she has more to offer than a simple employee would.

I have no problem finding what you described, in the 2K to (maximum) 3K range, just from Bar Beers and GoGo bars in the usual places - being ready to spend 6K to 12K *a night* just sets you up being completely taken for the sucker that you apparently are.
You can find what you described anywhere, you just need to invest two commodities:
- some time.
- some social skills.

Interesting topic for me as I was just in Sydney for a few days and went down to a rub and tug shop in Kenso and I had a gorgeous thai girl who offered full service and she was lovely.
