The girls go, too late they find out they have been lied to, the Judas Thai girl gets commissions deducted from her own debt. For some maybe this is their only way out. A vucious cycle of deceit.

Depending on the applicant and the length of time they have been here, one has the choice of applying for Nationalisation or retaining their original citizenship and being granted a permanent visa. The fingerprinting went out quite a while ago.
The rest of your post, thanks for the history class but from the point in time of Japan having had the ability to do so, hundreds of billions of dollars have been pumped into the very same countries that still complain about what happened 50 years ago and longer.
Didn't we just go through this bullshit with Europe and WWII? Don't you have anything better to do?

If things are so bad and they ALL end up raped, tortured burned and killed, why do so many come back again and again and again?

I was suggesting you ask those peoples about CURRENT treatment of women who have ILLEGALLY migrated to work as mostly prostitutes in Japan in the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, and now.
One of my friends, a Thai Senator for 9 years, has been to Japan with the Thai Foreign Ministry and interviewed numerous Thai women who escaped of were rescued from Japanese sex businesses. He also happens to be former Dean of Law at Ramkhamhaeng U. and son of a Thai Supreme Court Justice. Ahy don't you tell HIM that Thai girls are safer in Japan than at home?
