I suppose it was inevitable that with all the Western influence the Thai women would eventually catch up.
Films, TV, Western boyfriends. Thai girls living in the West and learning the ropes then returning to LOS and spilling the beans to their mates.
Soon the feminazi's will arrive, Thai ones that is and they will be campaigning for the closure of Go-Go bars etc.
How the THAI MEN will deal with this situation remains to be seen as in the past a heavy slap across the kisser kept them in order.
I shall be watching that development with interest.

With any up and coming poorer class that wants into a middle class lifestyle labor changes will occur. Primarily its the uneducated, poor, and needy that will take on such risky endevours as bar girls do.
