This is a business deal and although I like the formula in practical sense, partnerships in business have a high rate for failure. A major reason is that one party usually works hard to maintain the contract and its stipulations. That person would be you because you were the one that formed it, she needs to perform in it. There will be understanding differences and you are the one that needs to explain the contract and all of the grey areas to her. Will she perform and will you have the tolerance to bend the rules, and maintain the contract? Very few partnerships develop and maintain success when the two parties knew eachother as friends before the partnership was created. Later on, she probably will have resentment towards you and you will sense this resentment and might get bored with her noncompliance. Its just a hard thing to do when people have a history together and now everything is contractual. I like the try, I have just experienced to much with partnerships to know they rarely work.
On a personal note, ironically I have attempted to do something similar with my TGF, but I either got bored quickly, or maybe because I found a new GF in US. I attempted with her to buy her whatever she wanted at Emporium, take care of the car, and when I left only gave her 20,000 for the month.
