Sam, do you want her as your real girlfriend or your paid-girlfriend? Having her as your real girlfriend certainly does limit your movements while in BKK, as her expectations of where you go and what you do will be different. This might be a hassle and cost you a lot of lost free-time.
I dealt with this to some extent with NoEnglish, and I will not cross the divide that turns her into a real girlfriend. That divide is crossed when you do not give her money.
