yo,
the wife and I went to the wat here LA..the biggest outside thailand...it was pretty cool..
on sundays they have many vendors in the little white boxes with kapow kai..cow men kai..etc...it was great..
I have lived in LA for over a year now and it was my first trip and I recomend it to anyone here..

who cares where they are, if they are living in l.a., same as a farang, a westernized money hungry bitch w/a shit attitude that judges a relationship solely on how fat your wallet is, well not qute just money, you'll need to be a Brad Pitt look a like, f*** westernized asians they're the worst, even more than a farang unless they're 50 or older, and or have a bunch of kids then they are desperate enough to accept something less

alt.,wow, absolutely not referring to you or others w/native thai wives girlfriends partners etc. talking thais born & raised in America that have been exposed only to western ways, am I mistaken, your lady is from LOS? if not i'd say your an exception, once again my critism was aimed mainly at American born single or married, who have been here long enough to learn how to be a farang type bitch, i'm sure there are exceptions even with a farang, if your lady is a native of U.S. it's the first time i've heard of a farang marrying a american thai native, i'm sure it happens but rarely
edit in: bitter, I guess, but after spending time in LOS and being w/the native thai the difference in attitude has had that effect on me

Wow, the LA Thai scene, Wat Thai has been going on for years now with the weekend thalart. Unfortunately, the mall across the street has closed up so most of the Thais congregate at the other Thai restaurants on Sherman Way. Nice thing about Sanam Luang cafe is that it closes LATE! Great alternative to Denny's anyday. The other location in Hollywood ain't bad either.
