i know i'm beating a dead horse here, but 1 final try.
about 3 years ago I got taken by taxi to a place like coffe house, small tables some couches. only saw thai guys, sitting around. was told the girls come in like FL, sign into a book and then get matched up with a guy by the papasan.
i don't think there was a barfine, about 3000 LT I think.
these girls were true uni girls. light skinned, and grammatical english with really cute thai accent.
kinda upscale siam coffe shop, the thai guys a talked with were engineers and accountants, young guys. very nice. no riff raff there. papasan very respectful also. pleasant, with quiet music.
i went back to look for this place about a year later. it was near the suttisan MRT stop. I think east of ratchada, so not near the thai go-gos. it was off kind of by itself, not a nightlife spot. I think I found the building but it was empty.
someone told me there are a lot of places like this for thais, but they move around.
i've asked but I can't believe of all the BTF guys in BKK. no one knows of these places. or maybe no one is telling me 
well if anyone knows. i'll be happy to take a PM.

However student prostitution is rampant for sure & most Thai guys knows where to hook up with a whore/FL.
I understand many operate out of the cheap apartment complexes in the 'back sois' near the major uni areas e.g. ramkhamhaeng/ladprao etc...

Thai students score poor marks in world survey

The scores of most Thai students are below international average in all subjects, according to the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) 2009.
The international assessment, which surveyed the abilities of students in 65 economies around the world, found that nearly half Thai students did not have basic reading and science skills; and more than half lacked basic math skills.
In all, while the average international reading scores were at 492, average Thai students scored just 422 - ranking Thais in 50th place. As for science, the international average score reached 496, but Thailand's average stood at just 422 - ranking Thais in 48th place.
In mathematics, the international average touched 496 but the average scores among Thais were just 419, ranking them again in 50th place.
Thai students' scores have also dropped across the board when compared with PISA 2000 findings.
Only students at demonstration schools have displayed abilities on par with international standards, the PISA 2009 survey found. They earned 533 points in science, 526 points in reading, and 533 points in mathematics on average.
PISA was launched in 1999 by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). Since then, four assessments have been carried out (in 2000, 2003, 2006 and 2009).
PISA assesses how far students nearing the end of compulsory education have acquired knowledge and skills essential for full participation in society. In all cycles, the domains of reading, mathematical and scientific literacy are covered not merely in terms of mastery of the school curriculum, but in terms of knowledge and skills needed in adult life. In the PISA 2003 cycle, an additional domain of problem solving was introduced to continue the examination of cross-curriculum competencies.
According to PISA 2009, the quality of teachers has a greater impact on students than physical infrastructure Even though Thai schools have become better equipped with computers and the Internet, students' overall performance has not improved.
Students in South Korea, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore and Taipei performed much better than their Thai and Indonesian peers in the PISA 2009.

No reference to whether these tests were conducted in English or in local languages of respective countries. Hard to believe that Thais cannot read Thai, so probably the tests were in English. If so, it's not a reliable indicator, I would think.

AS everyone knows Chinese, Japanese, & Korean work ethics are ingrained into babies while still in their cradles, in those countries.

Bet they were better than the Malaysians too who probably set in with the Thais and Indonesians.... it is a cultural thing dontcha know.
For example in Singapore you can not get a seat in a coffee shop during exam periods becase they are filled by students in study groups.... cross the causeway to Johor and they are all hanging out at the malls sipping bubble tea...

not that I want things to change.........just an observation.
how can anyone take higher learning in thailand seriously.........look what they make the uni gurls wear............lol.
i suspect its the teachers union that makes them dress that way!

They are probably playing "som sip", in English, "make ten".... very easy game to learn and play, I would recomend that you learn it, then play with the girls,..... you will be suprised how much they love the game and you will get free pussy.
The best place to find students (besides hanging out at the universities) is at Victory Monumnet..... take the BTS there soemtime, hang out and watch all the girls passing by....

businesses require highly educated people en masse to open up foreign operations on any significant scale.
rarely do I hear thailand as meeting this requirement.
i was surprised at how many in usa cant reed or right,something like 18-22%. I dont know exact number but for usa it was shocking.
mr dg it is not I who dont take thai uni degress seriously, from what I understand a thai uni degree is like a high skool degree in a western skool.
ps im not insinuating thais r not intelligent per se-its just little emphasis isput on education as a priority.
