Bollocks. In my experience (and probably Joe's, seeing as he actually knows this particular girl), pretty much all big breasted women who consider a reduction operation are doing it not for physical comfort but to "fit in". In other words, they are subject to jealous comments from women and, to a lesser extent, attention from men. Whenever I've encountered a girl like this, I've talked her out of the op simply by boosting her confidence, pointing out how naturally sexy she is, how she is NOT a freak, that the attention she gets is GOOD and that bad attention is simply jealousy. The rest is simply shyness. It's tragic to get operations for these reasons.
Often a girl considering a breast reduction has quite a big frame so the big breasts make her look slimmer. Without them, she will look fatter.
E cups are nothing freakish. She simply did it to 'fit in'. To be average. The pity...
And the altered breasts always look worse, with a scar...
Joe, pre-empt it next time with every large pair you see! Just in case the girls are even thinking of it...

Very simplistic view of the situation, and certainly not taking the girl's ultimate well-being into consideration.
Those friends of mine who have opted for breast reduction (there were 4 of them) have done so for reasons of personal comfort and health (the added mass is killer for posture and the back). None have regretted it.

Again, I cynically say: 'bollocks'.
A pair of breasts has got to be pretty darn large before it really starts killing a girl's back (and certainly larger than an 'E' cup). Maybe an F or G or above but, still...
Health? The risk of an operation? Cutting someone open and butchering them as opposed to doing something to help their posture? For a start, IF they had bad posture, how about trying some weight training to strengthen at the back muscles that support the spine. It makes an awful lot of difference.
But did they even TRY that? I doubt it. And I doubt in so many cases that 'health' is the real reason for the operation. (A pair of E cups as opposed to C cups aren't a health risk, let's face it.) The real reasons are to fit in with women's magazines ideas, their peer-group, etc. To not be ridiculed and shunned as objects of male desire.
I've even seen a few cases where the woman said it was because the breasts were weighing her down and she'd have a big fat stomach (still left, of course, when the breast reduction was over). Pah...

This is a post about big breasts and where to find them. I certainly know why I clicked on this thread and why I stuck up for Joe. On the other hand, I'm not sure what you're doing here...
Joe, with every big breasted girl I find now, if I suspect she might be shy about them and of the perverse mindset that she needs to butcher them, I pre-empt it. (As in, go down on my knees and beg "Please don't do it please don't do it please don't do it..."  )
Honestly, most of these girls just need to be given a bit more confidence in the way they look. So what if women bitch and men stare. Tell them they're special and keep the breasts. There are few enough big pairs around as it is...
