Unfortunately for me sometimes before! Yes, the first time/s are the hardest, but as a LT & frequent visitor it is still a challenge that maybe I am not up too! Its also an addiction!

I suppose the problem is for many that they think they are looking for sex but really they are lonely and looking for love.
Many confuse recreational P4P sex with love because for most of us this is how we were socially conditioned.
If you can successfully compartmentalise the two then you should enjoy the best of both worlds.
If you spend too much time with one BG you do run the risk of getting emotionally attached and that is where your troubles are likely to occur.

You have hit the nail squarely on the head for me with these words. I am currently in that situation. I know that if I stop seeing this girl that I will re-adjust to Bkk life fairly quickly and life will continue on. So why am I delaying that decision? I think it's because I want to see what might happen. I am looking for more concrete evidence that she has no real feelings for me over and above a valued customer whom she likes. I have decided to take a small step back and let things run along at their own pace. The dilemma for me is do I misbehave on the assumption that I can not wait around for her to tell me truly how she feels (& would I believe her?) in which case I may lose her anyway because I have just proved (in her eyes) that I am the same as every other sex tourist or do I hang around and show her that I am serious & then just plod along not knowing where I stand because it is convenient for her to keep me in limbo. I can not control her feelings, & she may tell me what I want to hear but she will not be able to change her basic character & behaviour.
Then again, what is the point of all this analysis? I do not want her to stop working the bar so I will always have these doubts lingering. I think the best option is to mix it up a little bit & see a bit less of her whilst opening up other lines of friendship..exactly the same as she is doing now I suppose. If she rejects me because of this then hell, she would have rejected me anyway a little bit further along the line!
The moral? Don't think too much..just go with the flow & see where you end up.

Probably a good idea - works for me, anyway. I keep several regulars on the go at the same time - and although I'm bloody fond of all of them, this stops me obsessing about any one of them in particular. I find this gives you the confidence to stop fighting it and just fall for them (and, let's face it, falling for a girl is fun) without losing emotional control or suffering undue trauma.
As for what she really feels about you - if, ultimately, you have no serious intentions for her, what does it really matter? Probably best (certainly most enjoyable) to try to play along with it Thai-style AS IF the appearance of things were the reality, and not 'think too much' about it otherwise. With a bit of practice, this kind of doublethink becomes quite easy.

Besides, you are in control of everything... pressure, stroke speed, lenght and you don't need to say "I love you" to your hand. And it doesn't get jealous or complaint if you decide to change hands.
