Back to the original question... someone mentioned this as a scam. It is not a scam, her problem is she has no money or just a little money. I believe that this is probably a genuine problem, the solution that she proposes to her problem is that you send her some money. You have given her money in the past, so she figures you might give her some now. No scam, just a request for you to help her with her problem.

Breaking my own rule not to get personal with Thai BGs, I have swapped e-mail addresses with a sweet girl from the NEP and we have exchanged a few e-mails.
In her last e-mail to me, she said she is dreaming about "having big breast so she can be beautiful for me" when I come back but doesn't have any money. I took that as a subtle request for cash and told her I personally like her just the way she is. Haven't heard from her since then.
And yes, I think it gets boring. I mean, during our brief e-correspondence, I really wondered what other punters talk about with their girls. Our immensely different lives and socio-economic status combine with her limited English skills as to quickly render any non-sexual contact quite boring.
So for myself, I've decided to refrain from cross-country communication going forward.

anyway they drive me crazy. Just had a 4 years with a "normal hi so girl" it drives me crazy as well. But also I can not have just one girl why try? Thailand is a open resturant 24/7 I will try to become a tourist once more those was the best days.

I have screwed, exchanged contact info, phone numbers, etc. with countless girls, gone LT with many, many of them, and only ONE TIME (in the first 2 months I started visiting LOS) was I asked for money.
Those who get asked for money, me thinks it is something they do that brings on such a request.

He had invested a lot of time and effort into the girl. Sent her gold, believed she wasn't a bar-girl. He was preparing to go live in Thailand for a while, live with her. Chuck in his job in Farangland. He is well qualified with faultless English unlike my kebab-salesman style. He dreamt about her every day. Talked about her everyday.Then his dream or illusion was broken. I guessed but said nothing. I was surprised at the reaction but however intelligent he is he still has this starry-eyed view of Thailand.
Although there are exceptions only girls a farang can get are bar-girls who are prostitutes. They have the same motivation for money as a prostitute and we will always be a customer who can support their family.
Thailand is great fun but having a relationship with a prostitute is doomed to failure.

have to agree in 99% of cases - but there are exceptions, neither me nor my wife make any pretences about her past...
The point is, going into it with your eyes open, and of course when you both speak Thai, understand the country and its culture a little, it does help alot -
Bottom line - TPE's book when it comes out shortly should be top of the list reading for anyone involved with a TG - It will reveal that far from P4ps, the so called 'good girls' are as big a risk - if not more so, of screwing Mr farang in more ways than he imagined !
