I am afraid I have to disagree with hajimans broad generalization about the forum.
Please look at some of the field reports that describe life upcountry and life adventures around Thailand and Southeast Asia.
Obviously we are all busy folks here, however some background reading will not hurt.
This site also provides an enormous amount of usefull information both for Newbies along with seasoned vetrans of Thailands environs.
Personally I do not see the point in flaming anyone for any reason, however some folks do appear to deserve what they get, and no that is not directed at anyone in this thread. Sarcasm is the lowest form of wit I will agree, however it is nice to see sometimes, while out and out calling of names is sad definitely sad.
Rise above my friends, the site is well worth the effort of research and well worth keeping lively discussions alive if there is something usefull to add to the conversation. If you are adding a one line flame then I guess your numbers are climbing, and power to you.
Obviously it is important.
BK - personally I love what you have accomplished here and enjoy the RT meetings I have been fortunate enough to attend so far.
A word of thanks.

Been on a break and away from the PC for awhile. Have to say that the board seems to be going through a bit of a negative phase right now and doesn't attract me so much. In addition, my hiatus seems to have allowed me to break the cylce of addiction  and not need to post so often -- then again maybe not!
