Just wanted to add that if guys/tourists/expats/locals/rabbis/etc. don't want to get ripped off, they should ALSO go to Starbucks. I personally like Starbucks Emporium and also Starbucks at Siam Center.
There's only one law that applies here, that is caveat venditor. If the girls don't want to get ripped off they should go work at Starbucks.

Mr. J - I'm glad you noticed it too. I think the only ones who did are those who took the time to actually read Chompoo's posts. I'm glad to see that there are some people who read long posts otherwise I might as well be pissin' in the wind as well. Well, I may still be pissin' in the wind but at least I know someone is watching me and getting laugh out of it anyway. ;)
Haam Sup - Don't even start! ;) Although you're a welcome discussion panel member if this goes any further.
Guys, the reason I did notice was because I DO read all of Chompoo's posts, as well as everyone else's, and although I may only agree with him 60 to 70% of the time (which is a rather high rating for me), I do respect him posting his opinion.
I also noticed that Chompoo is not one to compromise on anything even if it could possibly benefit himself. As well, he has shown a determined consistency in his posted opinions and is not as "wishy washy" as some who seem to post depending on whatever wind, or furry part of the female anatomy, happens to be blowing at the time. In short, I may not agree with his opinions but I do respect them!
Chompoo's latest post though suggest either a new way of thinking or a new understanding on his part. On the other hand, Chompoo may have deliberately posted what he did here for its contrast to make his point on the flip-side more evident.
If the former is the case, and this is a change in Chompoo's way of thinking, I sincerely would like to discuss it, without sniping from the peanut gallery, as I think the change is not a healthy one.
On the other hand if the later is the case, sarcasm in base relief, sorry Chompoo, I'm afraid the desired effect flew by your intended targets in both lanes at high speed! ;)

The above is only a very small part of the rather long post you recently made on this thread .
The reason I am quoting it is that in quite a different context - You have hit the nail on the head .
As you must have noticed on another thread "Bangkok vs the rest of the World" it was unanimously upheld that the Thai Girls are the best in the world .
For quite some time I have been wondering as to why this is so - and now ( with your help ) I have seen the light :-
The reason that we love the Thai girls so much is that they DO NOT consider themselves to be "prostitutes" but to be very promiscous girl-friends trying to find Mr. Right and it is this very nature of theirs that makes us want to possess them and take care of them .
Please DO NOT ask the brothers to treat them like "prostitutes" because then LOS will no longer be the LOS we all love but will end up being the "Times Square (of old)".
