Well, zipper's objections are to particular sexual practices per se - in particular anal sex and SM - which he assumes cannot be pleasurable (or even tolerable) to anyone on the receiving end. This is simply nonsense - it is an objective fact that plenty of people, both women and men, do enjoy these things, and not only consent to them but actively seek them out.
So far as they apply in the local P4P scene, these services are not ordinarily on offer. Most BGs will not consent to anal, or lesbian, or SM, or scat, or other 'adventurous' practices. And it's entirely right & proper that they shouldn't have to. But others recognise that there is a market for these things, and don't find them so objectionable that they're unwilling to turn them to professional advantage. I don't suppose for a second that Ms S at Barons positively enjoys guys sticking their dicks up her jacksie all day long, but she's probably so used to it by now that it doesn't bother her very much, and she no doubt considers that the pay-off is well worth it. If she didn't, she wouldn't permit it.
As for consent 'on the margins' - I take your point. Of course there are grey areas. There can be exploitative sex, vicious sex, humiliating sex, violent sex - all technically falling short of rape, but still representing the callous abuse of the weak or disadvantaged. But I don't see why these things can't just as easily involve bog-standard vaginal intercourse in the missionary position as any other sexual practice. As can rape itself, of course.
I'm not at all sure that critical thinking and sophistication have a lot to do with it. Surely an ill-educated farm girl with an IQ of 70 is as capable as Einstein of deciding whether she wants to be f_cked up the arse?

Yes, and I suppose this is what all the BGs have told you in the course of your dozens of intimate and astonishingly frank discussions with them.
What you appear to forget, no doubt projecting your own game-playing, is that most people on this forum actually KNOW from substantial first-hand experience what most Thai BGs will do and what they won't do. Do you seriously imagine that you can flatly contradict this experience and retain any credibility?
FYI: All BGs will allow vaginal intercourse; that lies at the core of the job description. HJs are no big deal at all, which is why they come so much cheaper than a regular bonk. Only a minority of BGs will refuse fellatio, and in many - if not most - cases they don't need the slightest prompting (don't bother contradicting me on this - I'm the only man in the world who is bored by BJs, and I'd really rather they didn't).
