I'm increasingly intrigued by some of the non-Thai escorts on offer in Bangkok, but have never, ever picked a girl before just by looking at her picture. On my trip there next week, however, I would like to try some of the apparently stunning girls advertised by escort services, for a change, and cut the hassle of trying to hook Russian FLs at semi-dark watering holes at 2am in the morning. I'm not interested in paying extra for TG escorts, for obvious reasons.
The two sites I found attractive Russian and Western girls on, for instance, are:

My questions, should anyone care to help answer, are these:
Apart from the inflated rates (6k for 2hr, 15k for 24 hr), are these services reliable (do the girls look like their pictures, do they perform and have good attitude or do you risk cold starfish experiences, do they speak adequate English) ? I'm only interested in getting the most bang for my buck with them (yes, I am!) in my room and not wasting time wining and dining them as trophy gfs, so looks alone don't count.
Do they expect extra tips, and if so, how much? Does one pay before or after the session, or half and half?
For 2 hrs, are they good for multiple pops or just two? what about bbbj (neither of these two sites mention A+, although I've seen some that charge 2k on top for it).
Finally, anyone tried the two sites above? Some of the girls are drop dead gorgeous! Any experience or alternative recommendations would be welcome. I'd only do this if the girls were truly stunning and at least tried to deliver on full service.

Yep. Just called them up and the guy said they had plenty of girls to choose from, but don't provide pictures anymore. So the website is just a scam, and they'll just send some random girl over if you book on the phone!
