To examine the content of these Emails is a new thing for this forum but the discussion of how "real" they are will almost certainly parallel previous discussions on whether it is possible to have an authentic relationship with a BG.
Sure some of the emails are sincere as are some of the girls. We may disagree about the percentages (whether it's almost 0% or higher than that), but I think it's safe to say that the sincere ones are in the minority.
But even knowing that doesn't help lots of guys because if the BG manages to cast her spell, the guy is convinced that his girl is different. Then again occasionally she is ...

Also tell my friends who have visited in LOS about these "please , need help mama/papa/buffalo/parrot sick"-tricks and give them simple advice to cut contact and dump the girl IF they start to receive these e-mails.

Just wanted to add another spin (for conversation sake). The guy invariably looks on it (this type of parasite/host situation) as a trick.
I don't see it that way. I've played the sponsor/sugar daddy character before (and still do on a smaller scale just for grins). It's a role. It's nature. You have a relationship of unequals..... things are going to balance out (not necessarily work out). Money is going to flow, knowledge and experience will be exchanged, love and feelings will be fluid. You gotta take the good and the bad if you want to play this game. There are a LOT... can I stress.... A LOT of really sore losers out there.
The rich walk (and feed) on the poor all over the world. I find it amusingly poetic justice that such uneducated and poor people here often emerge with a tiny victories. In the big picture... geez, look how crappy they have it. I think they deserve some easy breaks.

i am no more clever than the average Joe.
the only money i sent was to a regular girl of mine who i knew was celebrating her b/day.
sent her the equivalant of 2000 baht so that she could have a party.
she rang me in England that night,pissed,crying and thanking me for giving her the chance to have a party.
this was the same girl who used to write the e-mails for the other girls in the bar and translate the replies.
now these were normally the begging one's.
but hers to me are not like that.
and yes,there are many men who are fooled.
i know of one friend who met a girl in Patong and when he got home,started sending her money.
told me she had stopped working and was going to school.
he was convinced,even if i raised any doubts.
well i saw her dancing in her Go-Go 5 months after she 'stopped working'.
she was surprised and embarrased to see me and begged me not to reveal all to my friend.

The problem I have with this philosophy is that it rewards the dishonest and punishes those who try to live ethically. The rich who fall for these scams are not the only ones hurt by this; the girls who are honest and truly do have financial emergencies are no longer trusted and those of us who would like to help are put in the position of not knowing who to trust and we thus all of us suffer. In fact, the worst of the rich, those who care nothing about the needs of others are exactly the ones who don't get caught in this trap, so there is no real poetic justice.
This cycle of deceit and distrust builds upon itself and demeans all of us.
I can draw an analogy to Thai traffic. Everyone is so desperately trying to get slightly ahead of the next guy to gain an individual advantage, that they don't realize that this collective behavior makes them all worse off. A guy who tries to follow the rules and be a nice guy will get screwed so many times that he ends up just following the pack by performing the same selfish, dangerous and illegal moves.
