Families are often badly overrated (as are girlfriends). By definition, people you might actually marry seem to be OK, but this is a notorious snare & delusion.

Been giving this thread alot of thought. In some sense a TGF is better than a GF in so many ways. I make a further distinction however;
If you have a GF who is Thai, she is not a TGF. TGF refers to a different kind of relationship, a relationship where:
You never have to meet her parents
If she is on the rag you don't have to talk to her or see her
You can f c u k other girls as long as they don't work with her and she won't be pissed
She won't care what you are doing when she doesn't see you
You can be drunk as a skunk every time you see her and she will never complain that you drink too much
If you go to the movies she will never complain if you take her to the car crash movie instead of the Huge grant movie

Well, yes - the infinite superiority of the creature you describe goes without saying.
But the question in dispute is whether this fine example of God's great mercy should be a BGF (as opposed to a TGF) or a TGF (as opposed to a GFWIT).
Heck, I just tend to refer to my regularly-engaged professional service providers as 'my girls'. However, even this seemed to upset somebody hugely. What the hell did I mean by 'my'? Didn't I realise that every man & his dog... &c &c.
Bottom line is you can't please everybody, so you might as well please yourself.
