Okay,
This is just rumor, it comes unverified from a bud that is offbase on occassion.
He said that he had a friend that got a BG preggers. no problem she wants to have it, and doesn't want anything. After the baby is born she applys to come to US. Baby is an american citizen by birth and she is parent. Year later+ she gets visa and comes to us to stay with a sister. Goes into court (in California) and files for child support from Mr. dad (a CA resident) He offers modest payment (it is his kid and no she doesn't want to be with him) She says no, wants full mixmaster formula (some court figured way of determining child support.) End result : Mr dad making $65k a year before taxes winds up paying $1100 a month for child support.
This may be more urban legend than truth but... all the facts seem to fall into real legal processes. She wants to have your baby??? beware could be expensive for a long long time. Many BG have sisters cousins etc in UK, US, Australia etc. And they have been informed of how the system works.
