I understand all the BGs hanging out a Nana car park after 2.00am closing but I dont really understand the ones hanging out there at midnight. Are they too cheap to go into Nana Disco? Are they too young? Those girls also look particularly dodgy or is it just the lighting?

what lighting ? Be clear, we say NOT all of them, but a particular few are very cute, some are fcuken ugly for sure, some very dodgy, but a walk through will find a cute one at various times. Its also the luck of the draw as to how many are there at any one time. They are there for various reasons, some good, some bad. I knew a gorgeous really sweet girl that hung out there all the time, she used to dance in the gogo's, but just did not like it in there at the end, there was nothing wrong with her, one of the really sweet genuine ones, with sponsors even.
Another had a Froggy airline captain as a sponsor, she would answer his calls at 11ish in the carpark while talking to me and asking me to go bump uglies again.
Others may have been kicked out of gogo's for whatever reason, I think a girl named Surin Skinny will be a regular carpark gal soon, she is running out of places to work and after tomorrow night, another will bite the dust.

is it wrong to assumed that a high percentage of these freelancers are:
underage
diseased
addicts
etc?
I am a bit ignorant about this, but why would they be on the streets before bar closing time? If it is because they are:
university students
office workers
etc
then I am totally into the FL's

There can be many suspect reasons for girls to be in the parking lot rather than the disco before 2 am. But I think the main reason is that they want to proposition as many ATMs heading in as they can. To me, that's a little too overfocused. When you think about it those girls may have been short timing all night. I would avoid a before 2 NPL girl as she may be in a rush to service up and take off. JMO

if i'm there, usually 2-2:30 am.
you can also spot some fine girls just passing by, getting out of taxi, eating, etc.
one night a girl grab me from behind and had your typical MP girl look with nice tits, was interested but was on our way to Siam Hotel with one of the bros, next time.
