Good advice Cg but not rich enough to stay in Bkk for a year with no income have good job in blighty that would pay for the home in LOS.She wants me back in Bkk if I could get a job there proplem solved,do not want to teach so what the hell do I do for a jobDo not want to dip into my savings incase it all goes wrong at least im thinking with me head and not my heart otherwise I would be on the next flight back and that thought has crossed my mind.

Sort of like going to gogo bars, just when you pay up the bf of the one you are so sure is the #1 sexy girl there, another top stunner will walk right in. Take your time, look around, smell the pussies ( oops, I meant roses......

Yes I have been to other places and with other girls in LOS im fairly young 42 quite good looking muscular build she is 32 and quite good looking.Could I do better sure I could find a real stunner but would have the same proplem again,got to commit to someone at some point in my life and she has many plus points.I went out 1 alone a few times this trip sat in the bars talked to the girls but could not bring myself to bar fine them ended up going back to her room instead cuddled up on the sofa watching tv.

NO, don't give her 600K and buy a house. If you insist on doing this get a THAI LAWYER and have the house/land put into your company name. If this doesn't work consider a long term lease arrangement.
Your embassy can recommend a lawyer.

Many farang had built or bought a house for the TG's and later became a big big mess because farang has not legal rights to own property even if you can show you paid for it. I did hear that you can set up a corporation with 6 'straw " directors ( as BigDUSA said ) and own the property that way then lease it to your TG's on a short term, renewable basis. I think that is a much better way to go. so if things don't work out, she is just a tenant, has no equitable position and can be asked to leave legally. You always have to prepare for the worse and since the odds is heavily against you that this can work in the long run.

Find a lawyer!
Put the house in a company name.
Build it where you want to live for a long, long time.
Go for it!
Even then, you will probably lose it unless you are going to live there permanantly.
I have a friend who owns a big house in Petchabun. All his ex-wives family live in it. She is working again!
He cant sell it.
Lovely girl, but he wouldn't listen either!
If you are not sure, then DON'T DO IT!
