Shit, I believe this holds true for all women everywhere. We put up with it more with TGs because they can be so hot!

She said this was something she did with her husband too. Well, 2 weeks later I did just that and BAAMMM she blew a gasket and went off on me. I asked her husband how that plan worked for him. It is impossible to know what is in a TG's mind. I stop trying a lot time ago. Instead try to figure them out. What I suggest it is follow what you want. First decided how much this girl it is "worth" in your heart. Then evaluate how much disposable cash you have to "buy" or maintain this relastionship. Somewhere along the line, you have to decide whether this girl is worth it.
You have to decide whether this girl is a sing, gik, girlfriend or wife material. Because the higher statues they go, the higher the time demand. IMHO, it is impossbile to find true love without invest a lot of time, money by itself is not enough.

Look at it this way. Your TG will want you to do something, or to react in a certain way.
She will not want you to know why.
So she will lie.
You get to do what she wants, she is happy, and you are totally in the dark as to what is really going on.
Maybe, if you remain alert, you will figure out what is really going on, several months later.
A typical situation may well be that you are told she wants to visit her sick mother tonight and needs Bht 2000 for medicine etc.
That night she is duly absent.
A few weeks later mum mentions she's never been sick for a moment in her life and you raise an eyebrow.
Three months later you meet her sister who tells you about the last time the two sisters went out for a karaoke session together.....
Now if madam had asked you for Bht 2,000 to go out for a night's karaoke with her sister, leaving the farangs at home, would you have coughed up so readily?
There you go. Thai logic in a nutshell.
It isn't just the women though, it's the entire country.
Whether you consider they are all devious lying b'stards, suffering from a collective lack of confidence, or are just plain mad depends upon your level of paranoia.

Or just as likely you might find out that her mother was sick but that she spent the Bt2000 on the karaoke session with her sister.
You see in a TG's mind, her mother being sick is a good excuse for a karaoke session with her sister. Afterall, as she would say 'my sister, she cry all day'.
(You will probably also work out that when she says 'sister' she didnt mean her 'real' sister and when she said 'mother' she didnt mean her real 'mother'.)

Many girls will provide the GFE, some better than others, and many of them will do it without constantly (or ever!) hassling you about money, you just have to find one you click with - one person's GFE girl is another persons money-grubber. The way you act sometimes dictates which role they will play.
My time in LOS has honed my radar for good girls and not-so-good girls. I've had many LT GFE experiences with a few girls, none of which I have given ANY additional money or gifts (other than trinkets) over and above the standard rate for their time. Worth a try?

Abrak is definitely on the money here!
I was introduced to my g/f twin sister early on, and yes they look almost identical and have very similar mannerisms.
It was only when they celebrated the "twin" sister's birthday in March and my g/f is born in July that I began to wonder.
Twins, sisters, mother, father, they all have different meanings here and the meanings can change too.
After a while with one of this lot you begin to unravel the garbage, and the flow of nonsense slows down. Heck I think my g/f even tells me the truth sometimes now.
After a while the option becomes one of putting up with nonsense you recognise or starting afresh and having to figure out a whole load of new nonsense.
There again there is the rubbish you get from some farangs. I like the "I've never been inside a bar" story best, especially when the guy's g/f has a tattoo of a pack of cards on her left shoulder.
