Hello gents,
Mr. China Sailor seems to be in a most ‘regulatory mood' towards Mr ItaliaThug posting is it not? Of course all being entitled to an opinion I wonder though what authority Mr. China Sailor has to do so? I see non except maybe through obscure board rule twisting.
Hence I wonder whether it could be some professional deformation of the gentleman? Maybe a deformation typical for a former military career officer, is it not Mr. China Sailor?
Could it be that -- after his admitted “re-read” of Mr. ItaliaThug's post – Mr. China Sailor all of a sudden realized his brain barely bears a Jim Rome type touché on account of his ego?
Could it simply be a notorious disproportion in the size of the brain and ego of Mr. China Sailor?
So Mr. China Sailor: what is it you would like to share with us --in a humorless way as you clearly ruled, imho however strictly applicable to yourself-- on the topic at hand ?

From the Thai penal code:
Section 8 of the " Prostitution Prevention and Suppression Act " states
" Whoever, for sexual gratification of that person or of the third person, commits sexual intercourse
or any other act against a person who is over fifteen (15) years but not yet over eighteen (18) years
of age, with or without his or her consent, in a place for prostitution, shall be punished with
imprisonment of one to three years and a fine of twenty thousand to sixty thousand baht.
There's also a US code for US citizens travelling abroad:
(b) Travel With Intent To Engage in Illicit Sexual Conduct.— A person who travels in interstate commerce or travels into the United States, or a United States citizen or an alien admitted for permanent residence in the United States who travels in foreign commerce, for the purpose of engaging in any illicit sexual conduct with another person shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 30 years, or both.
As used in this section, the term “illicit sexual conduct” means
(1) a sexual act (as defined in section 2246) with a person under 18 years of age that would be in violation of chapter 109A if the sexual act occurred in the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States.
According to the Thai law, if the girl is 18 years and 1 day old it's okay or does it mean she must be 19? Also, if I bring her back to my hotel room is that 'a place for prostitution" ?
According to the US law, if the girl is 18 you are safe from prosecution.
Not much you can do about girls with fake ID's and I don't believe it will be a good defense if you are arrested and prosecuted. You just gotta use your best judgement and select girls that look over 21 AND always check ID.s

Well, we are not discussing where to find the girls or how to engage in such illegal activity or making reference to a specific, identified underage girl. Seems to me the discussions here are ways to protect ourselves against underage females who may be after our business which is to our benefit.
