I will restate my position to say that for the most part if I came accross an account that was still logged in, I'd just log that person off and continue with my business. What you (and many others) fail to grasp is that many guys are quite willingly deceived - in fact, deception and double-think are central to the entire way P4P operates in Thailand. Illusion and fantasy are what the girls are selling, and many of us are only too happy to buy.
Take the GFE. Now it's perfectly true that some guys (mainly naive newbies but also the needy and ineducable) confuse the GFE with a genuine girlfriend relationship. This is understandable, because the whole beauty of the GFE is that it's so convincing. It's the BG's job to MAKE it convincing, and on the whole she's outstandingly good at it.
Now some guys (the ultra-realists) will have no truck with this at all. They just want to pork loadsa LBFMs and that's it. Well, OK - if you want to treat a Rolls-Royce like a Nissan, no-one's going to stop you. But there are plenty of other guys who get a great deal out of the GFE - in fact this is the sole reason why they engage in P4P in Thailand and not back home. To do that successfully, you need to aquire a measure of the Thais' ingrained double-think. Yes, you know perfectly well that the girl will almost certainly be lavishing the same GFE on some other guy next week, and that she probably has half-a dozen regular clients and a BF/husband back home to boot. Knowing this, you dismiss it completely from your mind, and just revel in the GFE for what it seems to be. In other words, you are an entirely willing participant in your own 'deception'. This is how the game is SUPPOSED to be played. It's a pity that many guys who don't understand how to play it properly get hurt, but a client's naivete and/or stupidity is not the BG's fault. She's just doing her job.
I think the same often applies in sponsorship arrangements. Yes, some guys are so naive or foolish that they actually believe that in return for chucking a BG B10k a month, she's going to dump her career and gamble her life on the very unlikely prospect that will actually settle down with her. Guys like this get hurt, and that's tough, but how else do they learn? The lesson they WILL learn is that if you really are serious about a BG, then you'd better go about persuing her with a bare modicum of application and intelligence.
There are other guys - especially more experienced hands - who are far more likely to see their sponsorship as an extension of a GFE they found particularly enjoyable and want to nurture.
So what is it that this kind of guy is buying? At one level, he's ensuring maintained contact - and the next time he rolls up in LOS he can expect (and will almost certainly receive) the VIP treatment. He's a far more valuable customer than most and well worth pampering.
Far more important, I suspect, he's buying a very nice fantasy of some dependent little Asian doll wasting away on a foreign shore pining only for him. Part of him (the GFE-receptive part) is only too happy to wallow in this enjoyable illusion and he's probably getting a very good 250 bucks-worth out of it. Another part of him knows it's all nonsense and that she's still working as usual, but he's absorbed enough Thai-style thinking to push this unwelcome reality to the back of his mind. At any event, it's the girl's JOB to maintain the deception as convincingly as possible - keeping his ego-boosting dream alive & well is what he's paying her for.
Now when you intervene in your ham-fisted way, how the hell do you know which category the guy falls into? Several people here have observed - entirely accurately imho - that many sponsors DON'T WANT TO KNOW. The last thing they want is some total stranger shoving his clumsy great hoof right through the middle of a very comforting fantasy which is the one thing keeping them sane in the deserts of farangland. Now it may be that you're incapable of wrapping your head around this, but it's a pretty good principle in life not to meddle in affairs which you don't understand and which do not concern you in any way.
So butt out. Stop being so insufferably arrogant as to assume that fully-grown adults need your univited help when it comes to their purely private, personal relationships with other people.

Have to agree with Arcadius on this one.
You really have no idea what is going on between two adults in a realationship and it really is none of your business.
I would have read the mails and had a laugh but in no way would i have actively gotten involved in what is absolutely none of my business.
Let these guys learn their lessons and let the BG ply her trade.
It is after all part of the learning process of the P4p scene in Thailand.
Comparisons with other situations do not really mean much as every situation needs to be judged on its own merits.
