Since we have a thread about which make the best wives, I figured it would only be fair to have a debate on which asian (oops, I mean, oriental) gals make the WOST wives (according to anecdotal evidence, though I'm sure Smegs will be full of various statistics).
Personally, I don't have any opinion either way (too small of a sample), but I'm certain it will be interesting to see what others have to share.

I disagree with that statement because I am married to Korean (10 years age difference /she is younger of course) and as I remember, the dating was fun and fine, and after marriage all is alright.
May that be an exception? because I am Russian and she is Korean (born in Russia) and we live and work in Moscow.
Prior to that I was married to a Russian WT. That was awfull.

Most of the problems that occur when two nationals of different countries marry are due to different cultural views.
My first love was also a Korean girl, born in Korea, but she was grown up in France since she was 3-years old.
She was then a french girl, culturally, and she acts daily as any other french girls.
So, I do believe that your Korean lady is more a Russian Lady, IMHO.
It doesn't mean that you won't have more or less cultural problems with her than with any other russian girl. Just "same same"!

How about japanese wives?
Have two friends which were married to japanese, one even twice.
All three marriages broke up.
When I ask why, both their answers are " they are just crazy".
I know some japanese girls and I personally think I could not be married to neither of them.
