It must be the weekend as once again were into FANTASY ISLAND type scenario were the short stay vacationer (hansum man, sexy man) who generally speaks no Thai thinks he's going to meet educated middle to upper class ladies who speaks english and hangs out at some bar where falangs go and is interested in meeting you. Not happening, bro and if you want to waste your short amount of time in LOS looking for the "holy grall" go for it. People who live in LOS will tell you almost impossible to do even for expats who speak thai and know there way around the customs of the people.

Big D: I do not want to get into a pissing contest with you but I DO know that it is possible for a falang to meet middle to upper class educated Thai ladies who speak English. Yes, I am an occasional vacationer to Thailand. No I am not a hansum man. No I am not a sexy man. Yes I have lived in Thailand for an extended time in the past and I plan to retire there soon. However, I do not spend all of my time in Bangkok and I do not spend all my time in bars. I have met several educated ladies on my frequent visits to Issan, several of whom I stay in contact with. And no, I do not send them money as they have good jobs. There is even one lady that wants to pursue a relationship with me who is a school teacher and comes from a middle class family and whose father is the Pastor of a Christian church in Issan. I started this thread just because I was interested in knowing of any places where I could meet ladies in Bangkok. Just my two baht worth. Ý

whoo BIGDUSA I hope I/we havent struck a nerve here, I mean i've seen it first hand and although I was into other things at the time and had decent cash flow I myself could have went for a 'weekend' in pataya with an older little bit cubby thai lady; she was a gem dealer. Again this was happening about a year ago in Bamboo (BK!hehe) Some of the boys in the crew were doing it as well. I mean not everyone is sought after to be able to flip the other side of the coin and be a bar boy in bangkok, but it is not impossible. Hey there a new term BB.. hehe.

BigDUSA,if we talking here about "mission impossible",so let me tell you ,that I'm personally familiar with some of the "young,handsome farangs",that having great life here and dont pays their bills.Futhermore,I have examples of "young,stunner" ladies from good,reach families taking care of farangs,and even marry them after.Period.
