God knows why as I am ugly as a frog and old with it but there are two mama sans/meeters and greeters/"customers services managers" in Soi Cowboy's better gogo joints who have a misconceived passion for me and will not let me alone, asking to be barfined or contacted outside work. They are even less comely than I am. Trouble is that in their establishments there are girls I want to b/f. Question: how not to offend the older ladies?

Never, ever buy them a drink. Tell them you want to sit alone and look at the other ladies, then stop talking to them. They will get the message.
If you have already been buying them drinks, your situation might be hopeless.

With such a name and avatar, I guess that you are one of my fellow countrymen.
CG gave you a good advice. You can also joke with them and explain that you are not sure to be able to satisfy those very respectable and experienced ladies as they would deserve. You can add that with some younger ones, you feel like a teacher, and you that you like to have many different young students because you are such a big butterfly.
They probably won't believe your excuse, but if things are said in a humorous way, they are more easily accepted.

I can relate to you, bro. I'm also an old fart that likes the young 'un's, but don't want to offend the nice older ladies. It's just that the young 'un's are my fountain of youth, within the limits of the law, absolutely. No wonder I voted for Clinton.
I usually just say I'm 'Cheap Charlie' in order to decline lady drinks, and tell them I'm 'looking for friend from last time'. The older girls seem to respect that I'm not a butterfly (yeah, not much!). For all they know, that 22 year old I end up with was my 'friend from last time'.
