I love women feet. It is one of the sexiest things I find about a woman. I know Thais have a thing about feet being the lowest part of the body and that it is ofensive to point the bottom of of your feet at anyone. But I love holding, caressing kissing/sucking their feet. But most of the girls are uneasy to sat the least about having their feet touched. Any brothers with a similar problem got any ideas how to win them over?

Probably depends on how well you know the girl and how comfortable she is with you.
My girlfriend doesn't have any of the typical Thai cultural hangups (eg., feet touching or pointing, head touching, kissing in public, etc) with me. She knows as a foreigner doing these are fine for me, so they're fine for her.

I wouldn't describe them as cultural hangups, more as a question of manners mostly. In the same way it would be considered fairly rude if you stuck you hand out to shake it in say USA, and I ignored it and just nodded my head, most of the above are to do with respect for you, for her, and the people around you.
Kissing in public repulses pretty much most of the people I know here in Thailand and in most western countries that I know of. A peck, fine. But outright pashing - best done out of sight, particularly for the more ugly people where nothing is left looking good.
Of coure, if you are in a western country, where these customs don't exist (although other ones do) or if you don't care what people think of you, your girlfriend of the other people in your group, then it doesn't matter.
Regarding feet, I would expect most Thai people not to mind too much for some feet intimacy in private, provided their feet are clean.
