Hi, which bar or disco can I find the freelancers?

You can actually go to the bars in Patpong, Nana or Soi Cowboy. There you can take barfine the go-go dancers back for a ST or LT. Also, do note that you can always barfine the waitresses as well. Barfines in these places range from 400B - 600B. Oh, did I forget to mention, the mamasan too. Long Gun bar at Soi Cowboy has some nice mamasans. 
Along Sukhumvit Road, between Soi 13 and Soi 15 is a bar called Thermae, where you will find some freelancers. Some girls are old, but you may find some nice young ones too.
Other bars: Sukhumvit Soi 7, Beer Garden and New Wave.
Discos+clubs:
1) Spasso at the basement of Grand Hyatt Erawan
2) CM2 at the basement of Novotel at Siam Square
3) Hard Rock Cafe (they close earlier at 1 am)
4) Rivas at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit
5) Q-Bar at the end of Sukhumvit Soi 11

If you mean freelancers : Girls who just want to expand their income and have a normal daytime job .....
Well there are plenty... Used to meet some in either Hard Rock or Concept CM2. And you have the full range available, just watch as the market is mixed ... pro's and Freelance.
I guess I was lucky, met a sweet girl called JOY and I can tell you she was worth her name. Still now we e-mail... seems we became friends.

many of the discos you name are full of professional whores. a large number of them are married with farangs who are given them their evening off, or who have returned to their own country.
they get horny too you know!
you should always watch out for these because they do not have regular health checks and are still taking their weekly extra-income in a promiscuous environment.
