Been back in the big mango a month and have hardly bothered with the chicks at all. I feel I've totally lost interest in Thai girls this time around, maybe just seen it all for what it is and can't raise any interest.
Just wondered if any other guys feel the same or is it just a passing phase ?

Nah, I think its just really can't be bothered with the scene anymore. Also, really reckon the standard of bar girls and FLs has gone downhill over the past year or two, or maybe the novelty has worn off. Apart from the odd stunner you see out and about I just don't find TGs that attractive anymore.
Woe is me !

Know exactly what you mean. If been there long enough and seen and done everything again, again and ag..... well of course it wears off. No interest to running around on go-gos or all beer bars and chasing a million dames.
But does that mean a lack of interest in general? No - I dont think so. Instead you stay more relaxed, go only to places you like and meet people you already know. As for me I am basically seeing 2 TG´s on my reg visits. And it is even more and more becoming just one of them since she is just fab. She has and gives me everything I could possibly ask for + the comfort of knowing each other well. Plus she is a beautiful girl with the most amazing body I have ever seen. So why chase around - I havent seen anthing better?!
I think you are in that phase as well - if handled correct you will enjoy being here even more!

Jojje - good comments and I understand where you're coming from. I just think this is the easiest place in the world to get a girl, but the most difficult to find one worth investing any time into. I've been here a lot on and off and really find Thais the shallowest of girls. They don't really seem to be interested in anything much other than how much they can get out of you. For me its time to move on and find something a bit more satisfying. But where.....????

Thai girls aren't shallow if you get to know the right one. They can be incredibly generous but if you spend most of your time hunkered down over a beer in some bar then chances are you will never meet this type of girl. Let's face it, foreigners generally attract the seedier elements. As a farang you stand out even more and there's probably double the risk of attracting the "wrong" types unless you are in good with the locals.
My current girlfriend is a uni girl and she pays for more than her share of things like living expenses and going out to eat with me. She also has a warm personality that doesn't have MTV style cynicism, you just don't find in a lot of western girls anymore..especially in my generation.
