I was in the Majestic Grande on my last night and needed one last stab. Charged around the block to Nana Plaza at around 6pm. An intersting time to be there as all the chicks are doing their makeup, etc. I immediately spotted a looker downstairs sitting by herself. Stopped for a couple of drinks and couldn't believe that this girl was just starting her "career" that night. It took me a while to figure it out. No English, but as sweet as she could be. She had no idea about the bar fine, knew nothing about the local hotels, but seemed interested in some shagging. The other girls helped her figure out how to pay the BF and we started back to the hotel. By the time we got to the elevator, she was shaking. She must have stood at the window in my room on the 24th floor and stared for 20 minutes. 3 hours later she fell asleep and left in the morning as I took a cab to the airport.
Needless to say, I was really nice to this girl. And no, I didn't over tip her.

i dont tink overtipping is a problem in bkk if its like wot I see at many agogo. guys pick up all their change from the check bin and just leave. not a single baht in tip. happens all too often.

Maybe this is because they have learned that at some places, not a single baht of the money left on the plate goes to the staff, it goes to the bar.  By leaving it on the plate, they are tipping the bar owner.

Two come to mind, one from Angel Witch, another from Pretty Lady. Both were really sweet, and I still have fond memories  of them.
I found the biggest challenge was getting the damn towel off, lol!
