I have been with a few TG's that had passports, are they mainly used as a piece of ID or do girls who have a passport have plans to use them to travel?

for some it is just a status symbol, like i do have a passport. others got it made because they are expecting to go somewhere outside the country. be it a sponsor taking them on a holiday or to his home country.
there are also some girls having passports and just waiting for the occasion. it the attitude just being prepared as you'll never know what happens in your life!

As per above. And to answer a specific point: They are NOT typically used as ID. The "citizenship card" is THE ID (as it is directly tied into where your family is registered thus acheiving the inherent goal of keeping tabds ojn the populace) and anyone who does not use it would be veiwed with the utmost suspicion.
I suspect the average cop, for example would just look at it and say "WTF are you showing me that for? ID!"

My TGF got her passport two years ago, right after she started in the biz. Met an Aussie and was planning on moving to Australia with him. But things fell on rocky shoals (lucky for me) and she went back to "work." So the only stamps she has in it are those when we went out of country together. She uses her ID for all other things incountry.

I have met girls showing me their ID card and also a health card with AIDS rest, signature from some doctor at a clinic or other, date, with the apparent impression of regular checks. How usual is it that the latter are fake?

How usual? I doubt anyone could really say. Are they always to be believed? Absolutely not. There are fakes.

You cannot belive all of them because there ARE fakes. Some are real, of course. I think it's safe to assume that most are.
However, even a "real" one doesn't garauntee that the girl was actually tested or even examined. I know for a fact that there are cases where a doctor simply asks some questions and stamps the books. That used to be fairly common. Idon't know about now. I don't think anyone can know.
Latex is the answer.

I think thats the problem,
the book is real enough but the latest test can be dated and signed by anyone. Some sort of stamp is easy to fake, or as you sam Mr Joe, the doctor asks a few "lifestyle" questions and stamps. Ther may possibly be bribes as well.
