I am an old hand on the BKK scene but I have never actually taken an BGs sightseeing. I would assume that this would probably thrill them since they probably never do this. Do any of you have any experiences with this.

I have......once...never again....complained it was too hot....they were too hungry....didn't want to walk....how the hell do you get a taxi inside Wat Phra Kaew???
But then again....everyone is different...sure some would love it.......ask the individual you have your eye on....

I had a very nice day out with a good friend, not exactly BG but... went out for a lunch across the river at the Marriott(?) and then up to Wat Arun. She is always very sweet and considerate, wanted to show me some nice things about her country before I left. I hope to take her to Boran Muang next time around, which should be near her birthday.

- I tend to agree, often more trouble than its worth ! They are used to night hours and air-con, dont like sunshine, and although a large number have seen very few Thai attractions, by and large are not that interested - I think for it to work, she has to be more of a TGF, rather than an average BG -

Hey brother Kaiser, I have this feeling that there are a lot of Thai ladies working in bars that have seen the sights more times then they can remember. My first trip back in May I told my ex that I wanted to see the Grand Palace, so we got up early, around 9am. This after hanging out at the bar where she worked until closing at 2, not to mention that she had a bit much to drink that night so she was not a happy camper at 9am. Even so she did get up, got dressed and went with me. It had to be 100 degrees that day and because she's a women she had to cover her arms while inside and the only cover she had with her was a blue jean jacket. These ladies go through a lot for us guys. Whether it's in the hope of finding love or just next months rent, they really do go through a lot for us. Peace

I have taken a number of non-Bg, incl my current wife to sightsee and they love it, esp when a farang knows alot more Thai history than they do. Just curious. Never been with a BG outside of a bar, foodstand, or bed. Maybe it should stay that way. Thanx guys for all the replies.

I don't know bros, each his own. I have taken several bar girls an go-go dancers out sight seeing an they seemed to enjoy it and then on the other hand maybe just maybe they were putting up a front.
