I'll have nearly a month in LOS and I'll be experimenting with a wide variaty of girl "types".
So I've got a rather silly question. Say I pick the ugliest girl in a Bar/GoGo and ask her going price, will she quote a lower price, or do they all seem to be fixed to a a more or less leveled price?

If I was a BG I would give you a freebie, the recover program worked AWESOME. It recovered about 45% of the drive but the files I really needed were corrupt. If you are in LOS in Jan I will definitely buy you a few, THANKS, CV

I'm glad you managed to save at least some of the data...
Personally I have two hard drives which backup eachother and occasionally I do a ghost image and a CDR.
I also bought a 20gb portable USB2 (timed it at 8mb/sec write and 12mb/sec read) mini-drive which is useful if you want to keep stuff off-computer. Costed $200 and even came with a pleather carry case.

They vary......it is not so much that she is ugly....but if she see's herself as ugly....(I've met some right pigs who think they are Queen for the Day)...again generalisations are difficult...but....there are a lot of girls available for what would be described as the minimum....I'd never pay any girl less that 1000B for an evenings entertainment.
God...my first ever was 100B bar fine and 500B for all night and the next day til I delivered her back to work....and some guys said I paid her too much.....wish I still had a pic of her......she's married in the UK now so I believe.....those were the days...maybe I should follow Mr Joe with some vintage field reports

In LOS I always go with the TGs that I find pretty, for the girls you are mentioning I assume it depends on how desperate they are. Possibly more for freelancers than for BGs. I have never bargained with TGs nor have I put down the rate because I think thought they were not so pretty or in need of money. Sometimes while being in bars I like to joke with BGs who are not so pretty and tell them how beautyful they are and stuff like how much I like their nom. If the chemistry is right, I have of course even barfined such BGs and most of the time the good sex compensated that they were not the prettiest girls around.
Off topic: I remember going with ugly girls while working in the Philippines and Indonesia, but I had my reasons like my salary during low season. I was not cutting down the rate, it was more because I got them for free and they knew I will treat them nice. I remember one girl in Indonesia in particular. She was working in a bar in Ujung Pandang where you usually do ST only. She said she wanted to follow me for LT and we agreed that she will pay the barfine herself. I borrowed her the missing money to do so. After paying herself out she gave me back my money and compensated the rest with her own money. Yep, I did some crazy things in the past...!

If a TG is working in the bar scene she is pretty available for a bf and the rates for an ST or LT may or may NOT differ from the others. Remember that "beauty is in the eyes of the beholder" and what you may consider a waste of time/money others will consider a gem to be taken that night....

'cheap' is in the wallet of the beholder.
When the beholder has been drinking... or is an LOS newbie... or any number of combinations, the beholder becomes more handsome, richer, and every girl becomes a stunner.

I think the rules of the market work best for the freelancers... in the bars there are more limits and standard settings. All products same price...
If you're after a very pretty freelancer girl (with some other guys around) prices will be higher... the later the night the higher the discount for freelancers. Just try this: talk to more than one girl in the CM2 (during the week Mo-Do would be a good idea), don't make your decision, always try to chat to a group... wait till the light goes on shortly before 2:00 am... now try to look undecided and pick a girl of the "2nd line"... than you have your discount if you're main goal is saving money.

I was not talking about bargaining with the girl, I'm talking about the girl quoting her initial price lower due to her own view of herself...
We need to come up with a price forumula, Something like:
(Age+/-Looks)-(Distance from BKK+Time of Night)
