This is not a sexy and possibly very personal topic, but while posting in the kissing topic I had to think about this.
My last former TGF who I met here and lived a short time together with me broke up during my last trip. She was one of these Baht 5000 job girls and had only two weeks of bar scene experience in my country. I have met her before she started working there, she was so innocent and did not know what was expecting her. I did not support her because of my principles and I was not certain at this stage that we might have a common future together, i. e. get married.
While in BKK and discussing with the familiy they told me that they are bothered by a debth of Baht 150'000... and they expect me to cover this amount before she again visits me in my country. Apparently she felt to shy to talk with me about this delicate subject. Of course I was prepared that in the case of marriage I will have to pay a similar amount, but these people expected that I put this on top of it... I was pissed off, but at the same time happy to find out about the truth.
She and me have never talked about this financial issue, I was not aware of this. I only told her that we will see about the money when she is back with me in my country. I am not greedy by nature and it might have all turned out well.
Later I went back to the hotel and said that I will keep in touch. My TGF and me did not stay at the Grand President Annex together, I just booked this hotel for one night before I scheduled to head of to stay with her family. As I was feeling horny at around 03.00 a.m. I went to Grace Coffeeshop and picked up a TG and soon I was in a better mood.
At last I received an email from my TGF saying that it is all over now and that I am no good for her. What has happened...? She phoned the Grand President and they told her that I had a TG the previous night! I did not know that the hotels give out such information...
As I had my doubts about a common future, I confirmed her that it is over. Later I got many emails from her saying that she regrets being bad to me and wants to stay with me again. I explained to her kindly that this will not be working. Meanwhile she stopped mailing me, but sent me a parcel for Xmas which I can collect at the post office the day after tomorrow...
At last please do not think I am a newbie about TGs and other girls in SEA, I am having my experiences from the past and I am sure not blind because of love...

If I'd genuinely felt fomething about a TBG, I'd accept that I'd have to contribute something at the time of marriage, but the limits of that would be estabished early up. But if the uncle was to expect me to cough up the entire debt amount first up, I would have told him that wasn't going to happen.
He'd get the choice of:
a) Nothing and I'll find a BG with a less greedy family.
b) A "reasonable" income stream from her if she stayed around.
That time it'll be their choice, but if he asked again, I'd choose "a" immediately and that would be it.
I won't be seing my last TBG again either. Last trip she got way to comfortable trying to spend my money, she knows my budget and was fine with it initially, but now had decided to see if she could push the limits further, but she decided to push a little to far.

Hmmm I understood from your first post that the girl was a "5K job TG" but got two weeks of bar scene experience in your country....so, I think she was not that innocent.
Concerning the requirement of money by your TG's relative for any further visit/commitment hmmmmmm I am just aware of it happening mainly with bar girls....I've attended quite a few weddings (Thai + falang) and money was NOT involved at all in order to get any commitment....
I don't think either that the Hotel receptionist told your TG about your sexercise the day before the braking up.....this was a trick of your TG to see if you were behaving (all of them do the same), unless you already confirmed this issue facing the hotel receptionist....if so, what a pitty.
My personal view is that "the relative" of your TG was "pushing" her in order to get the commitment from you by paying such a weird amount of money. You got pissed after knowing all this shit and, I think, she was then requested to push you by doing this and that. Thus, the time you accepted the braking up she got afraid of losing such an important amount of money and now, you get her back again trying to solve the financial problem.......this is my personal point of view and I do not intend to spoil your feelings. I saw this stuff several times...time for a beer....hic!

Thanks for your post, bro! For me the story I told is the past and I have no bitter feelings for this. I was pissed as I believe if one has less than nothing he is not in the position to make any demands. At the same time I was probably not a hundred percent sure if I was ready for such a committment. The TG was lovely, maybe a little bit pushy lately, but her family had too much influence on her. You could be right about the hotel thing, but as you might understand I reached a state where this did not matter anymore. I did not tell her the truth at once, but after she was crying do not lie to me for about five minutes, I gave up...
About her innonence, yep she was innocent! The bar scene in my country is more or less a pay champagne and touch thing, where the girls have to do a strip on the stage in between. I mixed her CD and she wondered why I am only putting slow music on it. As I had my doubts if she really knew what was expecting her at her work, I took her to such a bar and she wanted to cry when she saw it. And worst of all she did not drink any alcohol... She was lured into this by a so called friend of her, who was after the commission and the girl's financial situation got only worse by this, as she broke the contract with the agency after only two weeks. Instead of doing it for eight months and travel back home with at least Baht 300000 leftover, without even being forced to have sexual contact, but having become an alcoholic for sure.
She will not get me back and thanks to the free time I was having in LOS, I have met Noi in BKK and Na and Da in Pattaya. So, no bitter feelings at all, hehehe...!

I think pinga has hit it right on the nose. Your TGF's relatives may be thinking of you as a walking bank (ATM is only limited to US$400 a day.  ). Problems would be endless if the girl has a large family with plenty of relatives who are in a lot of debt.
