With all this talk of the 2 a.m. curfew and as I understand it it also applies to Thermae and Grace (correct?) are there any pick-up spots after this time?

It's not a curfew. The bars are suppose to close at 2 am sharp and that includes Thermae. Grace was pretty much off limits for a few weeks but is now back to business as usual from what I understand so it is pretty much the only place you can still get a drink in LOS after 2 am. Your posting style seems oddly familiar for some reason. Any idea why? Peace

PLaces to shop though? I know at all hours you can find FL, but if I arrvie in BKK at 12 midnight I am worried I will not make it to the Nana area in time. Any recommendations for a place that is open to look (in the light) before I buy? Thanks

Mikey- rest easy those fears, they're unfounded.
Sukhumvit never sleeps, at least as far as I can tell, and if you're getting in around midnight you'll still have time to get checked into your hotel and hit the street at PRIMETIME. There is a veritable parade of girls outside the Thermae most nights until at least 0330 or 0400hrs, plus the lighting is quite good at the sidewalk bar cart there. All you'll need at that point is a smile, she'll take it from there.
