Depends entirely on you, doesn't it? Some people never recover from one bad experience. Others take the view that when you fall off a horse, the best thing you can do is get back in the saddle immediately.
I think a lot of people have an unduly cynical - even hostile - view of BGs that undoubtedly stems from one or two bad experiences they've never got over. That's a pity.
Might as well damn all women on the basis of one bad relationship...

Here is my first experience, I actually saw her my last 2 nights in Pattaya (last week) and she was genuinelly happy to see me and did not want any money, just wanted me to pay her bar fine for the 2 days I had left. We went for dinner and a movie and did not "do it" I had fun with her as a person and not as a BG.
Here is my warning to all of the other bros out there, these girls are out to make money and are good at it.

I feel for you, my first time was a year ago and I hung on to the lady for about 6 months before finally cutting ties with her. We still e-mail each other about once a month and I did see her last week but will not get taken by her or any other BG again. (hopefully)

first relationship is the worst?.
i can see where you are coming from,but it can be a benefit.
my first trip to LOS i spent 7 nights with a girl,but i learned a lot from her about the bar scene.
i observed what happened and i was better prepared for my 2nd trip.
on that visit i was a lot more confident and was a total tart and took the opportunity to f_ck as many women as possible.
i understood the system a bit better,but took time to talk to the girls and learn even more.
after that,my subsequent trips were much fun.
the first girl i ever spent time with?,i have'nt seen her for almost 3 years,but we still e-mail each other regularly and she has kept my home address and i still get letters from her.
and she also introduced me to her younger sister and i'm grateful for that.
her sister has also become a good friend and keeps in touch.
so sometimes the first girl can be a good experience.

Sorry if this sounds harsh but..any guy that gets into a relationship with a bg to begin with is getting what they deserve when it goes bad!!...why would you try and have a relationship with someone you are paying to sleep with you!...just MHO...leave ur emotions on the nightstand with the cash!!..this to me is just common sense..

Not sure that 'trying' has much to do with it. Guys fall in love with BGs for the simple reason that many of them are so damn lovable. This happens to old hands as well as newbies, and to guys who are perfectly well aware of the risks as well as to the starry-eyed.
And what is a 'relationship', after all? You have a relationship of sorts with your barber and your boss. You can certainly have a much deeper and more enjoyable relationship than this with a BG - and if it doesn't fit into the conventional mould of BF/GF or husband/wife, then I would say so what?
If you refuse to have any relationship at all with a 'prostitute' (except in a purely physical sense), then I don't know why you would bother coming to LOS. The girls offer so much more than this.
