Hello all I always feel weak and nasty if I don't work out for a while so I decided to hit the gym during my next vacation (yeah I know sex is great cardio but I'm talking about more weight lifting). Anyone know any good gyms to check out girls? I don't wan't to pick up anyone, I would just like some nice eye candy while I work out. Also can a farang just walk in and pay for gym use per day? Lastly, how much does it cost (per day)? Thanks all

Try the fitness club at LANDMARK HOTEL (between Sukhumvit Soi 2 and 4) if you would like to see farang and local beauties. Another choice is CALIFORNIA (Silom Rd) and the PAN PACIFIC fitness center for nice Japanaese chicks....

I've worked out at the Fitness First Gym which is located in the Landmark hotel. The gym is very up-to-date on it's nautalus type machines, and exercise machines. Don't have much of a free weight section, at least a year ago that is.
You can see some "fine" looking thai females working out. I did not see many falang females, but more faralang males. I did run into some stewardesses from Thai airways and Singapore airlines working out. And, there are also some very wealthy Thai females working out there as well. Okay. Mostly doing aerobics. ha ha ha!!
The price per day is around 400 - 500 baht. This does not include a towel or locker though.
If you also belong to 24 Fintess in the U.S, then they have a club in BKK which you can use for free. This is more of what I'd consider a gym to be. ha ha ha!!
And lastly, at the Amari Atrium they have the Clark Hatch Fitness Center. A smaller gym, but the gym is attached to the aerobics room with a huge glass window. So you can see the females from behind jumping around!! ha ha ha!!

at Amari the gym offers free access when you stay in the hotel, what about L'mark - do hotel guests have to pay 500 Baht also per visit?

To my knowledge, if you stay at the Landmark hotel, the gym is free. If u for some reason can not work out for free, then enter the gym and sit in their lounge. You can see the one side of the gym, and since many females go to that area after workin out, you can catch them there!! ha ha ha!!
I used the gym when I stayed at the Amari Atrium hotel. In my opinion, it was the best thing I can say about that hotel. ha ha ha!!

i think you'll find that silom fitness is a gay pick up joint and is touted as a gay gym in local mags etc - not what you'd want at all!
