OK, I know everyone has a different take on this but what do you think the girls feel is the relative pecking order as far as employment? In other words, what is considered the highest level of esteem among the girls? MPs. Escorts, Go-Go's, Freelancers, Streetwalkers, etc? I have heard Go-Go girls talking down about Freelancers, I have heard MP girls talk down about Go-Go girls, and Escorts talking down about MP girls, etc.

The hierachy you have posted is pretty correct. Ut within this there are also hierachies such as the soi 33 girls look down on patpong, patppong looks down at nana and nana down at soi cowboy. Cm2 girls lokk down at grace grils, grace girls look down at thermae girls and so on!
What the hell! I do not give a shit about this face thing. In my opinion freelancers and gogo girls are far much better of as they can mostly chosse which costumer she does take and which not. A mp girl can under most circumstances not say no!

Now it also depends on which establishments. I believe that working at Pegasus is probably considered top end. Then maybe Piano Bar, and Chateau Blanc. Mp's I would think that Emanuelle, Mirage, Ceasars are all on the same level. Not sure about Go Go, but I would presume that Nana Plaza and Soi Cowboy are thought of higher then bars in Patpong.
From all that I've heard and seen, the escorts do not tend to be the very good looking ones. Okay. If you pay 25,000 baht or more for a night with an escort, then those are probably the model ones.

I would pretty much agree with ABC's ranking with the possible exception of the freelancers as many of these girls maintain a facade of not being a working girl - and indeed they may have some "legitimate" employment- and thus they are somehow above the lowly prostitutes.

I entirely agree with Griffin. However, I would like to say that the "weird" hierarchy not only covers places, also considers ladies at the same place. Wanna have few examples? At the Beer bar all seem to be pretty the same status....at the MP ALL are definitely same status within the fish bowl. The hierarchy starts among selections e.g. models, superstars, body massage, etc.
However, go to the GG-Bar and see carefully what's going on....talk to the girls and ask few questions. After a small survey you will get:
Among dancers.....The naked dancing-girls are the "lowest class" coz THEY SHOW PUSSY TOO MUCH and the ones wearing tops are the "upper class" coz THEY ARE SHY MAK MAK. The ladies performing shows are the lowest....coz THEY GET YEP MAAAAK....finally, on the top of all this "castle of weird things" the waitresses (who are not allowed to dance coz age issues or because they are too selective when someone requests them for a service outside, etc) consider themselves the top of the bunch....Believe it or not.
Look at this shit, that is what's I realise is going on in such a micro-environment......

The traditional hierarchy between MP girls and BGs is that bar girls consider themselves superior to massage girls. Supposedly, this is because bar girls can turn down a customer, while massage girls, unless it's an extreme case, can't.
As far as I'm concerned, the Patpong > Nana > Soi Cowboy thing has always been pretty much a matter of personal preference. But, I think there was much more differentiation among those three 10-15 years ago than there is now. By that I mean, Patpong has fallen a lot, Nana has fallen some, Soi Cowboy has stayed about the same. No longer are the Patpong girls all long stemmed roses who spurn short times and only want to go out all night. In fact that's pretty much the opposite now. Whereas Nana and Cowboy are still primarily staffed by girls out of the slums of Klong Toey and run by the heavy hands of the Lumpini and Thonglor police districts (respectively).
A whole lot of booths in Patpong bars haven't been re-upholstered since the Vietnam War, and to still be in one of those places when the lights come up is a terrifying experience!
But the girls don't need any reupholstering.

Just wanted to mention,that difference between the girls in all the places,is very small.Sometimes same girl change her place in "hierachy" every day.For example ,I know TG,that can ask 10K for session(and she'll get).So one day she coming to see me with "Mercedes" and we going to visit ppl in luxury condo in the center of BKK.And just day after,she will take me all the way to some hole arround Patanakan to smoke some ***** with"very strange looking" friends. ALL TG's same,just think about it.

Sorry, all Thai girls aren't the same. Not even all Thai prostitutes are "the same" which is I suppose what you meant.
Let's assume that your post wasn't racist and derogatory. I mean, if it was, why be on this board?
It is true that there is some mobility, some girls migrate back and forth between the go go bars and the expensive member clubs, depending on where the action is. Now, some people think that the member clubs have classier girls, they are confusing the contents with the wrapper. Also they (esp Thai guys) equate price with value too eften, and assume that cheap girls are disease ridden while expensive girls must be safe. This is a great fallacy; I know a guy who caught herpes from a girl from a well known member club on Soi Thonglor (admittedly not recently). And you know the difference between true love and herpes?
Herpes is forever. (old joke).
Anyway pls don't generalize about Thai girls, generalizing is the essence of prejudice.
