Greetings. Find that having a fresh tooth brush and new panties for your B.G. friend is a big hit. I'm a regular at Mai Thai Bar and bring lots of makeup stuff.

i don't bother with make-up.
most girls have it in abundance and it is so cheap in ocean plaza.
Nok's bag is always stuffed full of make-up and condom's.
i find they like things that are not readily available in thailand.
they love chocolate and i certainly get my hand snatched off when i get the stuff out.
i know you can buy cuddly toys in thailand,but i always take them with me.
they love them,and if they have kids,they like them even more.
the kids are normally the benefactors.

I was told that giving a Thai female make-up or perfume is not a positive gift in Thai culture. This might signify that you think that they are not good looking and want them to wear the make up to look better. As for the perfume, it might say that you think she stinks .. for a lack of a better term. Unless you are giving them the brand they use. I am talking about just randomly giving them make-up and perfume.
I agree with Nokna on the stuff animals and candy. I also pick up a carton of cigarettes on the plane duty free, or if she is really special some piece of jewlery.

i find a lot of the girls don't use much perfume.
they seem to have odourless bodies.
when i go,i always buy deodorant for myself(lynx is the popular one) and they like to smell me when i spray it on.
many of them would spray themselves afterwards because they liked the smell.
on one of my trips when i left,a girl wanted me to buy her the entire range of lynx deodorants,not because she liked perfume or anything,but because she liked the smell and said she would always be reminded of me.

Gold is often a currency to them. if I buy a gold necklace in UK for £200 its 2nd hand value is probably half that. In Bkk they can buy for 5,000 baht and sell or exchange at similar weight value - I had a situation where a girl sold one I'd bought then bought it back a couple of weeks later when she was a little more "flush" in the cash dept. I won't dp it again though - don't want you to call me dumb!!

I had a female buy me a nice piece of jewlery, and then ask for it back after I told her many months later it was over. I gave it back, because I did not want her to stalk my ass!!! I should've told her I pawned it in BKK!! Turn around is fair play!! Figuring the other gifts I had bought her she pawned!! ha ha ha ha!!
