This is not a joke: If the issue is mostly a matter of cultures clashing, I think that if your Thai GF could read many of the most serious threads in the forum that deal with such matters as Thai-Western relationships, she might gain insight on how western men think and react to Thai women. This may help her understand your western reactions better.
However, if the matter at hand is of a different nature ... having her read the forum may actually be harmful.

Well, that brings up another interesting topic. Communication. Remember even when both speak the language, still many couples do not manage to communicate.
The OP didn't specify what kind of interpreter was needed. Some Thais can read English but are unable (or unwilling or block themselves) to speak it.
But this is just me being my usual smart ass. Most likely you are right. Advice then, drop the girl and go for one that speaks english.

nonchai, Good Luck, I really think this is a foreign concept here. Thai's really do not talking about their problems with anybody, especially strangers. I think it is a Thai "face" issue. And the concept of paying money to discuss your problems with a stranger, I do not see it happening. I never seen any those types of professionals here (then I haven't looked too hard).
My recommendation would for you to study more about Thai culture so you understand where she is coming from and either adapt to it or move on to another girl who you can communicate better with.
Now in regards to the English language issue, many Thais are taught only reading and writing skills, especially in primary schools. So many have better reading and writing skills than speaking and comprehension. I have one employee that in the year working for me has only said hello, but all my emails to her are completely understood and replied to in good English.
So having said that maybe you can write down your issues and she can either read them or she can find a close friend who can interpret them for her.
