hey,
has anyone had any bad experiences with tg's, involving them turning really nasty?
i was almost on the recieving end..
i had a 2 week stay in bangkok april 03, and I stayed with the same girl the whole time. the first few days I was paying her as normal, then I just forgot, and as she wasn't asking I left it at that. now, when I was due to leave, (after not giving her money for about 10 days) she kinda said, wait a minute! you haven't paid me for 10 days! I said, you didn't ask! she said you give me 10, 000 baht! I told her yeh right!
then she said, if you don't I will get you sorted out, I have done it before...
that sh*t me right up, so I paid lol
wasn't so much worried about having to fight, just when I was alone in a foreign country, the odds are kind of against you!
anyone else had things like this happen?

Well you did the right thing and 10, 000 for ten days is very little mate to folk out. Maybe you thought as she hadnt asked romance was in the air? Yea, I had an experience....a girl that I sent money too, got too used to my small arrangement. after a month or so, I decided to move along... She actually begun to break things in the hotel when I announced that it was over.Lucky the meal we ate an hour earlier was taken away. (knifes)..she bite me very hard also. i was also threatened with the 'i know someone who will sort you out', but I also got the trashing of the room while the Police looked on and shrugged their shoulders.

I have never had a problem with a Thai girl like that. But then I have always "Slipped" her the appropriate cash after each day or so. I let them protest but MAKE them take it. I want there to be NO ambiguity that they have been financially compensated.

I just don't understand your grievance. She lets you have 10 days of services on tick, then you turn round and flatly refuse to pay her on the feeble grounds that she hasn't been presenting you with a daily account.
She trusted you to pay her fairly. You tried to pull a fast one on her and she wasn't having it. It shouldn't take the wit of Einstein to work out that if you're with a professional, she needs to be compensated for her time.
Anyway, just as well you did cough in the end, because it's very likely she'd have followed through.

Good point Arcadius....and 10, 000 Baht for 10 days!!! Are you f*cking kidding me?!!! 1, 000 Baht per day is amazing.
PLUS, if you took her for 10 days+ she must have made you happy...man you really burnt her for sure!!! It's stuff like this that f*cks over the rest of us DAMNIT!!!

After ten days with you she should not have had to ask. You should have had the money (more than 10K) in hand ready to give it to her.
