I had no trouble developing films of my "gf" and I in naughty positions (i.e. she being in really naughty positions au naturale). I didn't know it was illegal till I returned from LOS. But, I had NO problems. They didn't make faces, or give me the "look." It was as if I had given them pictures of the scenery to develop.

Well, they really don't give a sh*t, but if there's [in the shop] some funny young guy hanging around, your pics could be reprinted at some thai adult magazines, just for fun. It happened with my friend back in 2001 - him and his GF in compromising positions on the bed. Sort of thai papparazzi article. The best shop is small shop with dumb old chinese. They really don't give sh*t about content on your film.
P.S. Go digital is less convinient than a film: you'll need more memory cards, of jump from the scene to your laptop/PC to upload pix and erase previous stuff. As for the film - just reload. Enjoy your session, you perv!

That is true.....remember compromising pictures are in demand and people are in the profession know how to make bugs. So dont be surprise if you see yourself in a porn magazine on a stall somewhere in santa monica while vacationing with your family.
If you have no intention of taking a porn actor profession then you better get yourself a digital one.
In my case...the best camera is my own memory. Why should I risk myself by leaving behind an insurence policy and such pictures giving my wife a chance to piss on my grave every other day while wearing pure silk dresses.

digital is the way to go,800 odd photos on one memory card is better than keep changing a film.
and easier to keep private.

I would suggest a Sony Mavica brand digital camera, because the photos are taken on either a 3.5 floppy disk or a CD-ROM, depending on the model you purchase. This is perfect because you do not need any cable or port connecters to upload the pictures to a computer. Just take the disk or cd out of the camera and open it on the desktop. I use a Mavica for my webpage. It allows me to put pictures online from anywhere. There are several online photo editors if you search engine for them as well. Just be very careful to remove edited pictures from the desktop and put them in the "trash can" then permanently delete them from the trash can. I hope I helped!

Go digital, any number of internet cafes in BKK will be able to upload and burn a cd for you. (Of course, same problem of somebody hijacking.) So get a 256meg flash card - 180 jpeg's at the highest resolution (and I mean large - have to reduce to 40% to fit on 19" monitor), many more if you go for less resolution. Just dedicate one card to "personal" photos; very easy to pop the card in and out - camera keeps track of space left.
If you're worried about security - when you get home, many encryption programs to crypt files.

yep, I almost forgot that fancy new cameras with CD/DVD burners. In such case - sure digital cams are much better. As for memory cards - at china town or Pantip there are 256Mb Flash cards at 1800Baht, so two or three of them will do...
Just to make my point against digital cams - once we went to "Pet of the month" performance at RCA-2 Clubs. the girl was superb, the show was good as well, but my f***ng card was almost full with some important pix from job, so I was left with few only. And not the best one too. Although friend of mine just kept shooting, lucky bastard
