I've met a girl 6 months ago that worked in my hotel in phuket,
I fell inlove, went bareback and had a nice present when I went for a piss when I was back home. (you know, razor blades...).
Now, I am gonna meet her again in 1 month and I dont know how, when or if I gonna tell her that she has an std. I am afraid that she will dump me if I tell her.
She's not a bargirl (i know.. everything is possible in Thailand) and maybe she'll think that she's got it from me!
Should I tell her? (i can always use a condom, so it is an option)
If yes, when should I say it?
I could tell it now in an email, or when I arrive and go with her to an std clinic or something.

if its something thats easily cureable just come right out and tell her ( if she does not already know) she would appreciate it I wouldnt worry about her dumping you the best thing that can happen to a TG is a farang

not very sensible advice so far is it now?
I ran into a similar delicate incident on my last visit and to add to the mess I'm still uncertain where I picked up my STD (s)...
Could be the GF (NBG), but then again I guess it could have been at a BJ shop as well as from a few of the BG's I also had sex with!
Decided to tell the GF I had myself a health checkup & came out clean (well not untill after some treatment & retesting LOL) & if she ever had a checkup? She hadn't so I asked if she would have one as it would probably be a good idea, which she agreed, but it's now been weeks & still no 'answer' from her & me touching down again in a weeks time

If you did get it from her then she's most likely not miss chastity and got it from a toilet seat.
I'd flat-out tell her, especially if you plan to continue shagging her. She may freak out and deny it but suggest she take medicine regardless.
Long-term it's best for her to know- as common STDs can lead to infertility if untreated.
