I have never been to thailand but I will be living there for about a year for school and work. I am in my early 20's average looking, or a little less than average. I like women in their 30's and 40's. My plan is to skip the bars and get a girlfriend (or a few) and use all of my spending money going to the beach every weekend. Should I have a problem? Are Thai women into younger American men? Any tips on how to get older Thai women that are not in bars or mps? Do you ever see this? Thanks

In general most younger men like the young Thai ladies, however a lot of older Thai women like the younger Farrang men.
They just don't normally get chosen by the men. I have found that the older women are not into all of the BS that the younger girls are into. Most of them are ready to "settle" down. All in all I think they are a little more forgiving than the younger ones too if you want to butterfly around once in awhile as longe as you don't make them lose face.

I would not skip the bars. It's alot of fun.
When you are ready to meet non P4P girls. School and your work place will be the best way to meet them.
One problem you will run into. Any Thai women seen with a falang is considered a whore by other Thais. Try and learn Thai as soon as possible. Good luck.

That statement is too general and certainly not true in all cases.
Was the Princess who married a farang considered a whore?
Are the various celebrities who are married to farangs considered whores?
Any young dark skinned Isaan lass in 'unsuitable' clothing walking down Sukhumvit with a fat middle aged foreigner is considered a whore.
That's a bit more like it....but then a lot of them are aren't they.

What do you think about these services on the internet where they set you up with thais or what about the chatrooms? Any of you guys every hook up with a Thai using this method? Also, I heard the regualr young girls are prudish and many are shy and it will take alot of time and money getting a younger women in bed. I think I will try to stay away from girls at school and work, I spend a lot of my time in my school in the US avoising girls I dont want to talk to anymore.

The difference is money. When a poor girl goes out with a farang, yes, she's considered a whore.
When an entertainer marries a farang, she's not considered a whore, so long as she is popular. But unlike the other entertainers married to Thais who when their popularity wanes become B-list celebrities, these entertainers become the next best things to non-persons.
The case of Her Formal Royal Highness is something altogether different. It would be untoward to suggest that such a thing as a "B-list" Senior Royal even exists, however even since Her divorce She has not enjoyed the same Favor as Her Siblings.
The amount of face a Thai woman gains or loses depends on how much money she and the farang have and how it affects the money and face of those around her.

hmmmm strange isn't it, personally I dont give a sh*t what other people think, lucky for me and the idea that some thai guy would look down on my missus who is the sweetest thing and then idolise his stuck up pain in the arse expensive whining whench of a gf amazes me. Good luck to them and better luck to me, I know which I would prefer any day, regardless of what they or anyone else would think.
