I was adviced by one of the Tuk-Tuk drivers against having sex with any of the girls from NANA or Cowboi. I thought they were under medical control?
I picked up one of the hostesses in the bar in front of the stairs up to G-spot, though. Friendly personality and fun in the shower.
What about the girls in Bergarden Soi7 - I saw some stunners there, but presumably they are not controlled. Comments?

It is best to assume that all are not checked. That way you will apply more caution when playing with them. Remember, a clean bill of health does not reflect the current state, it is historical.

Guys
We have been around this " safe sex" loop a few times now. I think it is really funny that some bars claim that their girls have regular check-ups and make a play of their certificates.
But they don't get a check after every cusomer so just what it actually means is very little.

I spent Long Long Time with a girl from Five Star II (Soi Cowboy) in February and March. She told me she has a check-up once a month, and an H.I.V. test every three months. She also told me she tries to use condoms everytime, but is not always able too (apparently she is brow beaten by farangs that are too stupid to practice safe sex). Cleary, then, all the tests in the world won't protect you from the last irresponsible customer. So wrap that rascal, and party on! (After all, we want our favorite girls to be healthy and happy).

I was with this girl last night.... used my own Durex... and it f@#ckin' broke...twice! She said she was clean,but was more worried about getting pregnant.
Don't know what to do now...... she looked pretty honest and she said she had a check-up now and then.... it was the first time this had happened to her, she said. She even left in the middle of the night to go to a doctor to avoid pregnancy...
Any advice guys? I am a little bit worried here.

Sorry to hear that. I hope things will work out for you, and for her.
I'm not a doctor, so can't give you any medical advice. However, unless we have a doctor on this board, then the best advice that anyone can give you is to see a doctor ASAP.
I'm not sure where you are staying at. However, if you are close to Nana or Cowboy, then I recommend Bumrungrad Hospital. Phone # 02 667 1555. It's a world class hosptial, and you will get the best medical advice there.

There is not much to be done than make an HIV test. Let's just say that HIV is not transmitted in 100% of unprotected sex and it looks like there is a little chance that she is infected. The worse part here is your mental aptitude facing this crisis and waiting for the results. Moreover you may be far from home.

durex breaking? twice? i've only had that happened with the Trojans - more than a handful of times, especially in high school.
but as for the hospitals in Thailand, they are pretty good - and very very cheap compared to the U.S. don't even need medical insurance. so don't hesitate to check yourselves out while visiting. i got food poisoning up there. the visit with medication was only about $15. the prescriptions have different names than the U.S., but they're the same medication.
