Does anyone other than myself notice that many girls have a scar on the left or right shoulder? Why is that?

I think those are vaccination scars. Either that or it's where they implant the little chip that allows them to network so well.

I "think" these are smallpox scars, today they have better vaxinations so that may not occur, but it may be cheaper and in the Thai wilderness they probably still get the old stuff.

the problem with wounds in thailand is that they do not heal as easy as in the northern hemisphere due to the humidity. most of the scars the girls do have are from motorbike accidents or from the mentioned pox vaxinations! so remember to always take a paste or something to thailand once you get a wound for better healing. i myself have some problems with some wounds i got in thailand and did not take care properly of them!

Not to mention the bug bites, I had a few that lasted 2 months for heavens sake and I paid attention not to rub them either. Damn repellant doesn't work too well, the bugs are immune.

I wonder if a sharpened piece of bamboo was used to punch in the vaccine on some of those girls. ÝThe scar can be bulbous and distracting, like a chunk of flesh-colored chewing gum. ÝEven if I could manage not to periodically stare at those things, I wonder if I would lose my boner if I actually touched one in the heat of passion. ÝWhy the girls with the bulbous scars doesn't spend a night's f_ck-income to pay a doctor to lop it off is a mystery to me. And while were are on physical irregularities... Ý ÝI recall a cab driver who had a prominent mole on his face. ÝThe mole featured two very distracting hairs spiraling out of its center like tentacles. ÝThe hairs were at least 1 centimeter in length. ÝI wondered why the guy had not cut those outstanding hairs. ÝPerhaps the guy, like a cat, found those hairs useful in warning him when his face was close to objects, such as when he was close to pussy in the dark before a dining session.

I think the mole hairs are sometimes considered "lucky". ÝI'm not sure why. ÝLucky I don't have them, I s'pose. As for the vaccination and other scars, here's a link to an article on hypertrophic and keloid scars. ÝThese tend to be more common in darker skinned people, for some reason. Here's another article, cowritten by a Thai doctor:
Ý Ý Hypertrophic scars and keloids present a difficult management problem for physician searching for the optimal therapeutic approach. In addition to major physical problems (restricted range of motion, pain and pruritus), the presence of a keloid or hypertrophic scar is frequently cosmetically unacceptable to the affected individuals. Several forms of treatment have been used with variable but largely transient success. A variety of cutaneous injuries may cause hypertrophic scars and keloids. External factors such as increased skin tension and wound infection increase the susceptibility of keloid and hypertrophic scar formations 1. Though increased skin tension may contribute to abnormal scarring, earlobes, which are free of tension, develop keloid relatively commonly 2. This suggests that the development of abnormal scarring may involve factors other than tension. The common affected parts of body include deltoid, presternal and upper back 3. The reported incidence of hypertrophic scars and keloids is approximately 4.5% to16% in a predominantly black and Hispanic population. Certain races, such as blacks and Asians, are more susceptible to hypertrophic scarring and keloid formation than Caucasians.2, 4, 5
