When my mate (Ben - Not real name) and I were in Pattaya on our first day we went to a beer bar and found a girl each but did not BF them and went to a gogo bar that evening a BF a girl each from there.

In the morning I asked Ben if he was taking his girl back to Bkk with him, he said he didn't think so.
I told my girl that I have a girl back in Bkk that I promised to be with her when I go back. Afterwards, Ben said that he would like to take his girl back to Bkk with him but he didn't want to hurt my girl by not taking her as well, I said it should be OK as I told her about the girl back in Bkk.
Ben asked his girl to go back and she was very happy and my girl got very upset and I again had to explain about my girl in Bkk and that she has already missed 1 day with me as I satyed 1 day extra in Pyx.
The 2 girls went back to their rooms so Ben's girl could pack a bag and met us back in soi six, my girl came back with her.
When we were sayng good bye to my girl she was in tears, I felt bad but the girl back in Bkk was much better friend and much better in the sack.
Ben and I are planning a trip back to Bkk and Pyx at the end of July and Ben wants to see his girl and I don't want to see my girl, when Ben picks up his girl from bar, even if I don't go with him his girl will eventually bump into me and there could be a problem as I didn't go and get her friend and then th both girls will be upset.
What do I do? How do I tell my girl I don't want to bf her without her breaking into tears and making me feel guilty and not upsetting Ben's girl as that may effect their relationship also?
The only way for Ben to stay in contact with his girl is through me staying in contact with my girl as his girl doesn't speak or understand english.

This is what perpetuates the bad sex in Thailand. To reward (pay) these girls for bad service just because they put a guilt trip on you is idiotic. Would you continue to eat at a restaurant the served you bad food all the time? I don’t think so.
Now if the girl was staying with you and not getting paid then you can factor in a relationship factor and cut her some slack, but in either case she should be interested in making you happy. So you can offer to teach her how to be better in bed if you want to put in the investment or just move on to better turf.
As for your friend Ben, buy him a Thai language CD that he can studing during the next two months.

Tell her you're in pattaya to have good sex, she doesn't provide good sex, so you won't be going with her. I didn't pay her very much, actually it was the least amount of money I've paid a TG for LT ever, I took her the second night for 2 reasons the first being is that Ben took her friend and I had hoped the lack of service was due to first night jitters and that spending the 2nd night with me would help her out of her shell at least her towel and panties.
Ben paid more for his girl and my girl would know this, maybe this could've been the reason for the lack of performance on the 2nd night?
Ben also purchased a watch for his girl for about 3500 bht, it didn't make me look good either.

Just curious, did you try to get your girl to lose the towel and explain your were not satisfied? I find many girls very receptive to learning new things and I look for attitude and nice bodies to work with.

Before I went to Pyx I was in Bkk and asked my regular about my list of prices and what would she do if a customer handed a list of prices and she said that she'll probably walk out. That's why I didn't try it.
My original question was not on how to handle a Starfish but how to get rid of one and to keep everyone happy.

Good idea - maybe I could add a price per bj and an extra hourly rate if they wear their birthday suits, between now and when I return while going with other customers she may get better.

Dude, you really need to get a different perspective on Thailand.... Let me give you an example..
I am in no way an asshole to the girls but living here do cultivate quite a few regulars who are unpaid (by me) I dont interfere in thier money making endevours and do my absolute best not to encourage to many emotions (but TG's are very easily attached)... I do prefer the GFE and think it sex generally improves after you have got to know each others quirks a bit better...
So my buddy arrives for his first thai visit... Western girls seem to have given him enough of a confidence knock that he has real trouble scoring even when some hot little honey is all over him (shy beyond words)... So I hook him up with one of my regulars and grab another...
Regular1 gets jealous I am talking to another and makes sure she goes with my mate to try and get back at me... So he gets free revenge sex... I get the most jealous possessive one of my girls off my back (she has a big problem if I chat with another chick but can f_ck my mate... Go figure) as she now has no leg to stand on. If my mate gets bored (I dont think he would be as happy as me to share) or when he leaves then she can choose to see me or not see me..
Thats how it is here... Get used to it and get over it... Dont sweat the odd indescretion... Be honest in ALL of your dealings (I refuse to lie to any of the girls I see... Its so much easier since I realized that)... show them respect and if its simply sex make that clear...
Of course once the heart gets involved it is so much harder but sex and love are very different things and the girls know this yet many new arrivals dont.
