In the esteemed opinions of fellow members, are bargirls willing to give out their phone numbers for after hours 'horizontal refreshment', thus saving one from barfines of up to 600 Baht.
In my experience, it's best to wait until after you have got to know the young lady intimately, found her suitable (& vice-versa) and exchanged numbers. This is especially convenient for those of us just too lazy to go out on occasion and sit back watching the football. Come 2am, a phone call is all it takes for home delivery. Simple!

agreed works very well, I have at least 20 phone numbers in my phone and that is just the cuties I have met in the bars and go-go's.maybe I have been lucky, don't know and don't care all I know is I have never been disappointed when I call one of them for a visit.

normally all the girls give their numbers. 1.) you might be a future customer for them and 2.) there is no better show off to the other girls in the bar when customers keep calling them.
Only problem is that the real good ones are usually taken by 02:00 am so you might have to call around for a while on busy days finding somebody willing to come by your place.

If you are really that good, like me  , the girls will give you their phone number without asking for it.
Happened to me several times that a gogo girl gave me her phone number while she was busy with another punter.
In Playskool i was sitting right behind a girl and some dude, she went away came back five mins later sat in his lap pushed her tits into this guy's face and then gave a big smile and her phone number behind his back.
Didn't say a word to her before.
So i would say collect phone numbers, call the girls and ask them if they would like to meet you before or after work. 9 out of 10 are happy to do so (if they can remember you)
You can also wait untill closing time and agree with the girl to meet you outside an half hour later. Try to do this as much as possible behind the back of the mamasan, this will avoid possible problems.

There are two dangers I've found about getting digits:
1. They do expect you to call back. Meaing if they give you their digits, you'd better be prepared to call them the next day or night. If not, then you might be subjected to the "why did you not call. you no miss me. I want to see you" speech.
2. Many times if they see that I've either got a cell phone, or they see me at the hotel, they will either ask for my number or remember the hotel room #. This can cause a problem because in either case, they could call me and ask to see me. I've had this happen many times either on the cell phone or in my hotel. Always an uncomfortable situation when they will call and I'm with another female.
A way that I've gotten away from the cell phone issue is I ask my transaltor to give them his number. Unfortunately for him, I will use him as the barrier against unwanted calls. Have not found a way to solve the hotel one yet, except to block all incoming calls orgininating from Thailand!!
Just two things to consider when thinking about getting digits for that late night "booty call".
Because the "booty" might be callin' on you at an unopportune time!! ha ha ha!!

ABC, yep. Have had the misfortune of being in the middle of enjoying a lady (pun intended  ) and then a knock at the door of one that gave me her number and then I foolishly gave my hotel room # to them...
But have to admit that I have met and maintained good relationships with girls that gave their numbers. They know I see others but want to spend time with me when I am in the LOS. And a call or two from the states is a nice thing for them- makes them very warm to you.
For those in the US and want a cheap way to call Thailand. see LDzone.com. I switched long ago and their service has been great inside and outside the US.

Good for you that you phone them from the U.S, or when you are back home ... so to speak.
Not me. I only use the numbers when I am in BKK. Other then that, they stay locked away. I do keep in contact a couple via email, here and there though.
And yes. It does suck to get interupted in the middle of something!! ha ha ha!!

I phone my favorite ones for a few minutes. Costs 50 cents or so a call. Believe me, when I see them again, they are really appreciative of the thoughts of them (damn dreams have caused so many cold showers the hot water facet is rusted shut...). They have treated me as a friend when I returned, saving me $$$ and the sex was really warmer and more relaxed. Some take their days off when I am there to save me costs and we get more time.
