i wouldn't go electric.....
your sack is pretty loose as u know... stretch it out and try to get the flattest surface area, i use a mach 3.....scary at first but you'll get your technique down

Yep, I have. And they are MUCH better than Mach 3. And ok I am female... but I'll gaurantee any man will prefer Venus to Mach3. The contours of the Venus are much better for... well.... hard to get at places;)
Can someone please give a good and honest step by step how-to method. thanx
- trim as much hair away as possible with scissors or trimmer
- soak for a while before hand in the bath, to soften the hairs and make it easier to shave (or at least have a hot shower before hand)
- lather up with plenty of shaving gel
- use a NEW SHARP razor, preferbaly Gillette Venus(absolutely not one you have already used on your face!!!)
- pull the skin taught and try as much as possible to shave IN the direction the hair is growing. When you get used to doing it then you can shave against the hair growth for a closer shave.... but I wouldn't recommend that at first... it can cause those awful bumps
- rinse, dry and use some perfume-free moisturiser cream
and VOILA !! 
oh and don't use the razor too often... when it starts to get slightly blunt... ditch it.

I shave. I use the mach 3. No problems, no cuts.
Here are my step by step instructions.
1. Get the razor in your right hand.
2. get your sack in your left hand.
3. BE F*ING CAREFUL.
Viola your done.

The hair removal cream you are talking about.... is that like Nair or something. Dude I don't know. My wife (when I was married) used nair on her legs and pits. She said it burned. Now I am no pansey but I am not all fired up to get my sack flamin.
Have you ever used the creme? What was the brand? Did it burn?
